Hey everybody, my sources are telling me that Chelsea are monitoring the following people:

*Hazard (But if we do buy him, we would most probably have to loan him back till the end of the season)

*Moutinho (However, Porto would demand an excess of 20 million for him)

*Azipilicueta (Most probably for 7 million)

*Di Maria (although Real Madrid's asking price will probably put Chelsea off bidding for him)

And there are more that I do not currently know about.

Despite what Andre Villas Boas has said, expect a concerted effort by Chelsea to sign maybe 3 or 4 players in the January window. Abramovitch doesn't see finishing outside the top 4 as an option and Is will to spend massively as a consequence.

In the summer, expect another huge spending spree to overhaul Chelsea and as a consequence, effectively finish the transitional period that Chelsea is currently experiencing. Out with the old and in with the new.

Whatever happens, AVB WILL NOT go. Whatever happens.

Do chelsea have any interest in Douglas Costa ed? {Ed002's Note - Not right now but Manchester United, Chelsea, Rubin Kazan, Napoli, Manchester City and no doubt many others have been interested in the player in the past. He is being hawked around Italy and and Portugal by Cesar Bottega right now.}

If cahill is greedy i think its about time for us to move for our other targets

Dont forget he will be a free agent in the summer and be in a position to possibly negotiate higher wages.
Maybe Bolton would reduce the fee to offset the difference...well someone has to get creative because Gourlay wont thats for sure! {Ed002's Note - The summer does not come in to it.}

Ed Why not if he isnt offered the wages he thinks hes worth?Surely as a free agent he will command higher wages? {Ed002's Note - The summer is of no consideration to what is going on at the moment. He can only discuss a transfer now - not a free move in the summer.}

Hi Ed, there are reports coming out of France that we are looking to bring in Eden Hazard this window, i personally cannot believe this is the case, but there is a suggestion that an offer has, or will soon be made, do you know anything of this? Also i have recently heard that we are lining up an offer for Rodwell at some stage this January, can you shed any light on this? Thank you. {Ed002's Note - I have explained what I know of Hazard. Chelsea have no interest in Rodwell at the price Everton are looking for.}

L'Equipe reads... according to our information, Lille and Chelsea have discuss ed on case of Eden Hazard in this month. Belgian international striker under contract to June 2015 is followed by the Blues for almost a year. They would make an offer of 30 million. But Lille wants 40, of its legal tender clause.

Hi Ed, Keep up the good work. I appreciate that contract talks and wage demands take time, But why would Bolton risk playing Cahill at the weekend. Some reports are saying that Chelsea have agreed everything and he's signed (Not Twitter) but others are saying they want a yes or no to the deal on the table or there'll go elsewhere. Apparently we have offered him 50K a week, and he wants 100K knowing he could get it in the summer? At this rate he won't be in place for weekend. {Ed002's Note - None of the figures are true. The situation is simple. There is an offer in front of Cahill's representatives and Cahill has to decide if he is to sign it or not.}

Hi Eds, is there any truth in the paper stories that we are after lucas ocampos? and if so would do you think it would be more likely to happen in the summer? Thanks {Ed002's Note - River Plate's Lucas Ocampos has been looked at by a number of sides with Bayern Munich and Chelsea maintaining an interest. I understand that Diego Caniggia took a look on behalf of Liverpool but it was decided that he would be too expensive to buy and that seems to have ended any brief interest that Liverpool had. Inter Milan, Sevilla and Palermo have also shown an interest and Juventus (not either of the Milan clubs) made a bid. Perhaps one for next year as a move in January seems very unlikely.}

News IN : Chelsea FC wants Lille Eden Hazard NOW ! This January .
Informal Talks were held during Christmas week ( After the 25th ) and Hazard's agent made it clear that everything will depend on Lille's board as Eden already mentioned He would like to help Lille finish in the Top 3 . It was believed Chelsea understood it but now , We understand Chelsea let Lille know They would be ready to offer 25M + 5M addons for Hazard with an immediate transfer . NO LOAN BACK this January .

This explains the timing of Lille's Academy Director Jean Michel Vandamme who said Yesterday ' Lille was open for talks regarding a sale '

I wouldn't read too much into the newspaper reports. We can all dream however I don't see Hazard coming to England, let alone Chelsea.

Hazard will come to England, sooner or later. He is made for playing in the EPL.

A discussion was held at Chelsea just before Christmas to decide on possible transfer options - no timescales were considered. There was also a discussion about this whole Higuain matter and whether or not there is interest in Cavani. As for Hazard, the situation remains broadly the same Chelsea having a long-term interest but not eceryone agreeing on the player. Chelsea are keen to see if a deal would be possible.}

I don't think this may happen in this transfer window but as all of us know what signings we used to do before we may put some cash on it and get him - but it definatelly would be more than 25M i think it should be in region of 40M

hi ed, i know we don't have any interest in spartak striker welliton but can you tell us who are looking at the brazilian, personally i think he'd be a great signing for us {Ed002's Note - There was summer interest from Wolfsburg and Hamburg, in Welliton but he was always expected to move to Rubin Kazan. There was some talk in a few corridors about a deal including Arsharvin a little while back aswell.}

ED002 i know you have said Cahill switch is nearing completion but what is the hold up is it still wages? will he sign in time t play v Sunderland? {Ed002's Note - What is the rush?}

The rush is that each day he doesn't sign, leaves a day less to find a replacement.
