Really hope we go for Kroos. I believe he is the missing link in the midfield.

There is no need to buy more players especially midfielders what's the point spending another 30-40 million odd when we already have young players which we bought such as van ginkel? he could be integrated alongside matic and we also got ramires there and don't forget our young talent chalobah. no need to keep buying and buying

Yes, we will beat the likes of Barca, PSG, Real and Bayern with Ramires, Van Ginkel and Chalobah lol ha. Their 5th midfielders are better or at least on par with our best - Matic. We need Kroos. Or Pjanic. Or Moutinho. Or Gundogan. Or TWO of them. We need WORLD CLASS QUALITY in deep midfield. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

Fair point that Matic may not start for those teams (personally I think he would for two of them depending on the game) it's your opinion, I won't mock you.

But to say he's akin to their fifth choice is just absurd.

Alright mate calm down I obviously understand we need quality but what i'm saying is why can't we bloody MAKE quality from our young players for once? players like van ginkel CAN become great. have some patience! we should be doing the same for lukaku and make him be our main man instead of once again splashing 40 million on a striker. get piazon back and integrate him into the team. and don't forget zouma who can potentially be world class i'm really hoping they don't just loan him out. these youngsters need to be blooded in with the first team next season the worst that can happen is they flop and they don't play but we have back up anyway. but if it does work, it will do absolute wonders for the club!

so that's why i'm saying, cut the spending, and introduce the young guns for once!

Bayern: Schweini, Thiago, Lahm, Martinez, Kroos ; PSG: Motta, Verrati, Matuidi, Cabaye, Rabiot ; Real: Illara, Modric, Alonso, Khedira; You were saying?

Only bayern's midfield is better than ours. apart from Verrati our midfield is much better than PSG's seriously Cabaye. Illara is seriously overrated as is Khedira(who is injured), Alonso has started to slow down(also, Dortmund completely outclassed Alonso last season) but Modric is an amazing talent

i don't think you even understood my point have you? i'm talking about us integrating the potentially good young players into our team what's this got to do with comparing which team has the better midfield?

Ed I risk your wrath in order to ask this but there's a few things that keep popping up saying RVP could be heading our way in the summer, I always thought selling Mata was good business but I was surprised we agreed to sell to Man United I am sure other teams would of paid what Man U paid either at the time or in the summer our interest in Rooney was well stated but clearly he won't be leaving OT anytime soon now however RVP looks like he wants out so I was wondering would we have any interest in him at all that your aware of probably stupid I know but it does keep cropping up.
