Ed, VDW is refusing to sign a new contract with Ajax. Does this open the door for us to negotiate?
Vdw hasnt even been good last seson or this season y do people want him so much? {Ed002's Note - Van Der Wiel will almost certainly be moving to Valencia.}

hi ed can you tell us of any interest of non obvious players (higuain, cahill, ganso, de bruyne), because i know you get sick of repeating yourself. Is there anyone inparticular that has a large amount of interest and being scouted thourghly? thanks {Ed002's Note - I have tos say I rather doubt those players.}

maybe in the transfer window chelsea will cut there losses and off load Torres no1 more than me wanted to see him become a chelsea legend but i fear here he is slipping into the Fleck, Sutton, Kezman & Sheva bracket. if we get 20mill take it.
Torres is class. Give him playing time and service from a creative midifielder like Modric and he will thrive.

If we sign players in the Jan window, can they all player in the CL if they are not cup tied and can Lukaku be added to the squad if say Kalou
(fingers crossed) gets sold. {Ed002's Note - Lukaku is under 21 so no problem using him. If players are not cup-tied they can be used to replace others.}
Ed I have to say you're wrong on this one. I too thought he would be available as he was under 21 but remember reading that for some strange reason was not, and neither is ryan bertrand {Ed002's Note - The lists get re-issued in February. Whilst they were never on the original A or B list they can take the place of others on the list when it is resubmitted at the beginning of February. Neither player is excluded, it was Chelsea's choice who not to include due to the home grown and association trained rules. So it seems I am not wrong.}

Lukaku has to be registered even though he's under 21 . The under 21 rule is if u have been trained by the club in the last 3 years ! Bertrand is eligible to play :-)
Fair enough ed, what I meant was that he WASN'T included in the first squad for the group stages but yes I know he can be put in now to replace others.
