De Rossi is 30 is true but if we end up with only youngsters than it would be just like Mou said "we are under 21 team" and inexperience would catch up with us.

Rossi is 30 but he can still boss the mid field around.

I knew we weren't in to win it when I saw Lamps starting in dm. Our back 4 let us down and tbh Jose changed our shape and played a bit too deep imo. And most importantly, real Madrid came to win with their best players for most of the match while we did seem to takeit as serious imo. Cahill imo can't start for us in big matches and in the last 3 preseason matches Moses has looked better than he did at any point last season.

We played like we was scared, only a friendly I know. Lamps and Cahill need to improve.

Branislav was awe full IMO so many cheap free kicks given away, and allowed Isco to cross the ball for the 3rd without any pressure on the RM player at all, very poor indeed.

I was a bit disappointed by the line up wish it had been stronger, we look out of ideas without Mata or Oscar behind the striker and the two players wide. With 3 in the middle and a lone striker it is uninspired and sloppy.

Frank is not a first team regulary anymore. He will be played in the low key games. The Madrid game was all about fitness for him
