If Chelsea sign Falcao in January will he be able to play in the Champions League

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Yeah, Atheletico aren't in the CL, so he won't be cup tied. Remember when we signed Torres?

Just a question for a bit of fun. And because its doing my nut in.

The song from Oliver when their in the pub singing...

"Um Pa Pa, Um Pa Pa,
Thats how it goes,
Um Pa Pa, Um Pa Pa,
Everyone knows..."

Its a catchy tune and would be good as a terrace song, but i can not think of any lyrics whatsoever to sing it to...

Can anyone think of some good words for it? I've tried but i'm awful at stuff like this. Its like that feeling you get when you know a song but for the life of you you can't think of what its called or quite get the tune right, its annoying the life out of me.

Cheers guys

someone said i was being disrespectful by saying falcao is better than torres but some of you have been saying lampard is past it so what is that classed as ?

i think tonight has shown hes not past it but roberto's tactics on how lampard is being used are terrible

curt

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Lampard is obviously past his best. if we played 4 33 he would still be perfect but 4 2 31 doesnt work for frank. torres and falcao have different qualities. he is good though. atleast all the cavani lovers have F off now. he would not of been half the player he is in a slack defending italian league. BLUEBOY1

Agree1 Disagree2

Curt, Lamps is past his best.It is fine that he scored two goals and I am very happy for him.Every goal he gets is thoroughly deserved. But performing in the league, CL,FA Cup on a daily basis and well performing against Moldova are two very very different things.
You might be right on RDM's use of Lamps but where else will he play.
roan

Agree0 Disagree2

Stop being disrespectful roan

explain how hes passed it because given freedom too attack to me he still looks good enough

just remember what he has done for chelsea compared to what torres has done before calling me disrespectful for saying falcao is better than torres

curt

Agree1 Disagree0

Curt isnt it obvious to you that frank aint what he was 3 years ago?

Agree3 Disagree0

Even though he was our top goalscorer last year penalties are not .... mata had a few penalties and missed them

my opinion is he shouldnt be turfed out because roberto refuses to let him attack

also remember sometimes yyou have to pass backwards because its a better option than forcing a pass through then haveing to win the ball back again and start over

curt

Agree2 Disagree0

Do you know anything BLUEBOY? Serie A is famous for strong defences

Lads and curt who remembers world cup 2010 when ramires was bossing games in holding mid role! I remember Alan hansen raving bout him calling him the kenyon! Why do Chelsea play him so out of position!

KevinCFC

Believable2 Unbelievable5

Why do you say lads and curt like im a robot or something ??

its because we didnt have cover for right side so he had to play there hopefully with moses and marin fit he will go central

curt

Agree7 Disagree0

He was called the blue Kenyon long before the worst pundit of all started calling him that. Have u been a Chelsea fan longer than a year kev? Some of your comments make me wonder? Curt is spot on, Moses and Marin will hopefully occupy the position on the right so Ramires can move to the centre and cause chaos again :)
Marley

Agree6 Disagree0

True curt he was def used as cover.... Theres more chance of him playing in more of a central role now as essein n raul meireles has gone!

Dont ever say the name alen hansen on this site ever again!

KenyAn - sorry it bugged me being reminded of Slippery Pete.

Damn slippery pete, and his loud mouuth. Good old iPhone predictive txt up to its tricks again. I don't know how it thinks of Kenyon before Kenyan. Unless old pete has a stake in apple now!

As Chelsea fans , do we watch :

England - potentially Lampard,terry,Cahill,Betrand?,

Belgium - Potentially Hazard, lukaku, courtois, de bruyne ?

Spain - Potentially Torres, azpi, ( Hope mats gets his rest)

Brazil - Potentially luiz, Ramires,Oscar, Piazon ?

Jm10

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I thought of this dilemma last night to be honest jm10 and i come to the conclusion that its a tough decesion between england and belgium

ill probably choose england seeing as im english and its not just a friendly match but ill deffinately get the belgium game up on the internet to keep an eye on it

curt

Ed, do you think there are any Chelsea squad members who are gay?

Curt {Ed002's Note - This isn't a dating site Curt.}

Believable7 Unbelievable1

Definately not curt

OsgoodIsKing

Agree3 Disagree0

Poor Curt being impersonated again. Just shows how immature and unoriginal some people are.

IB.

Agree1 Disagree2

Wow people on this site get more mature by the day dont they

ed002 iv said time and time again if the post has my name at the end of it without my email address in the email field then why even bother putting the post up

curt

Agree2 Disagree3

By impersonating me to come out of the closet wont help you in the future you need to use your real name other wise your parents will never know

Where do people actually think Neymar will end up?
Ed has said time and time again no-one has any deal in place yet. I think it's gotta be us, City, United, Real Madrid or Barca. Only other 2 maybe Bayern Munich or PSG, but I don't see it.

My heart sees him at Chelsea eventually, but my head says Real.

What do people think?

Roweycfc

Believable2 Unbelievable3

I'd expect him to land in Madrid. But like some top players he still seems very immature and self centred so I wouldn't be surprised to see him 'whore' himself out to highest bidder.

Melbourne CFC

Agree2 Disagree1

He doesn't fit barcas system at all. Apart from the fact that he's world class he has nothing in common. They are all unselfish, track back, press hard, and give their all for the club. None of those can be said about Neymar. I really think it'll be Madrid.

Tk

Agree2 Disagree0

Milan have made a bit of money this summer without spending a great deal of it!

Surewould

Agree0 Disagree2

Remember when before anyone heard of him he done interview and said 'one day I WILL play for Chelsea' thy was when we were only ones interested and will to pay around 20m, now everyone wants him I think he will go for madrid, giant club and can get loads money, arrogant lite twerp

Agree2 Disagree0

Reckon he'll flop in big games... if he playscagainst us gary cahill or jt will break him in half hes like a toothpick

Agree3 Disagree2

JT wouldnt be able to get close enough too him to break him

curt

Agree2 Disagree3

Well neymar is full of talent but yet very much selfish...
he is not yet tried against the big boys of europe....
believe me he will be flop in world cup 2014 bcaz he is playing in brazilian league with most of top brazilian players playing in europe hence when he is scoring solo goals for fun in that league its against some poor/weak defenders....
to beat the world class european defenders wont be easy for him speacially when he will face them for the first time.......
if he wants success in world cup 2014 he needs to come to europe atleast a year before world cup......
i think players like oscar and lucas moura(i dont mind him joining psg rather than man utd) have made great decision to come to europe this year.

samrat

Agree1 Disagree1

While you have a point samrat i think the dudes just too good that it will be impossible for him too flop

curt

for brazil vs south africa david luiz, ramires and oscar all three are selected in starting XI.
expected brazilian formation will be 4-2-3-1
with ramires in pivot role alongside romelu and oscar behind striker no 10 for brazilian national team.....
lets see once more how ramires plays in pivot.....
and if he plays well for brazilian team in pivot role den he should be in pivot role alongside mikel/romeu rather than lampard!!

samrat
