I like AVB and although he is starting to test my patience with the constant playing of Malouda, i still think he should be given at least 2-3 seasons to stamp his mark.

The only problem is, if Jose becomes available and we have got a serious chance of getting him. What do we do? Because if we don't then the chances are he's going to another Premier League team.

What do you reckon?

Click Agree to stay with AVB and risk Jose going to PL team.
Click Disagree to get rid of AVB and get Jose back if its possible.

The one thing I feel strongly about is that if we are going to fire AVB then we need to do it at the end of this season don't go lollygaging for 2-3 seasons and then say hey you know what your fired we either need to get rid ssoon or not at all

I'm fed up of all this Torres rubbish now. All i seem to hear is people constantly winging that he needs better service, he doesn't get a pass due to other selfish players in our team etc. The quicker you get over his demise the better. The guy has lost a yard or two of pace. Unfortunately you can work on any areas to improve barring pace because once that is gone it doesn't come back.

As for poor service being supplied. I agree to a certain extent but when your a world class striker you need to have the urgency to take the game by its neck and swing it your way. E.g. look at Aguero, Ronaldo, Messi, and even Rooney to that extent. Look at torres clips back at liverpool and you will see what i mean. You need to create something from nothing sometimes and can't expect to be spoon fed always. Torres used to score from nowhere and used to create chances from nothing due to his class. Perfect example, look at cisse's debut goal for newcastle. Scoring from nowhere when you would least expect.

As for his glaring misses this season, I just don't know what to say. Just like most of you i used to be a torres admirer and used to be in awe of the guys ability watching him at liverpool. But some of the misses most notably the ones at manchester away blackburn, norwich, and manchester home were just shocking. Sorry but as i striker you can get it anymore on the plate than he has with them. Two empty goals in two of the misses. How do you defend?? What are team mates suppose to think when you miss them. I'm glad avb was critical of his miss when the score should have been 4-2 because that was a huge turning point. He didn't miss he failed to even shoot.

Hope the guy gets some composure back cuz its sad seeing him like this tbh and i think his time at chelsea is up due to drogbas return very soon. Unless he scores at everton then its game over. I think drogba will come good. Statement of fact drogbas movement may not be the same as before due to age but a clear chance ends up where it should be and nobdy could argue. The guys presence has been missed against swansea and norwich.

Chelsea will finish in the top 4. The fixtures now give us an opportunity to score wins against everton, bolton and westbrom and push away from the 5th team. The others are all playing each other so expect one team to lose some pace on us.

With regards to those who want AVB to get sacked.......

This is his first year, and he's just inherited an aged team. Do not judge him on this season. Wait till the next....

Oh and by the way, it took Alex Ferguson 4 YEARS to win anything when he first took over Man United.....

Do you really think AVB will be afforded 4 years if things dont go well?,he could even go by the end of the season if we miss 4th place.

The difference is AVb is useless.

I can't wait til euro and watch Torres show what a class striker can do with actual service. He gets more chances for Spain in one game than he does for us in one month.

Believable4 Unbelievable4

Last goal he scored for Spain?

Agree4 Disagree0

He probably won't play much

Agree5 Disagree0

Last goal was in the summer against the US and with David Villa gone he's got a pretty good chance.

Agree3 Disagree2

He wont get selected for the Spanish squad if he doesnt start scoring again. His reputation is all well and good but at the moment there are Spanish strikers scoring goals, and Torres is not one of them
