If mourinho is going to try and sign varane from madrid he wants to stop telling the world he could be a worlds great

I'd gladly sell Luiz and bring in varane. I imagine the fees would be similar on both. Luiz is too valuable to not be a fixture in the first team and even if we don't bring in varane I don't see much sense in using a 30m player off and on when we can use that money for a players that will have a major impact down the line or in the present (shaw or striker).

Cheers ed, I was just wondering because varane is easily best defender and Madrid would be stupid to let him go, although, anything can happen :)
He has had a few injury concerns but a world class talent no doubt.
