ED002 any news on Potential transfers? {Ed002's Note - A little too broad for me to sensibly answer.}

What players are the club mostly interested in at this point ED? {Ed002's Note - "MOst" is again a subjective term. I really cannot answer such questions. Add to that I am travelling and trying to answer the odd question or two from some sleazy bar or cockroach ridden hotel room ...}

Could Chelsea sign both lewandowski and falcao, if not what are the chances of them signing lewandowski compared with falcao?

Lewandowski won't come to Chelsea. I can see him ending up at either Bayern or United. and as far as I know both are showing interest. I suppose it'll depend on how Pep sees things when he arrives and what United's plans are for their strike force come the summer. I personally wouldn't want him at Chelsea. He wouldn't be cheap and has openly said (or more, his agent has) he doesn't stay anywhere for long. Not a 'project' player.

His agent has come out publicly at one stage or another saying that he does 2-3 years at a club, then moves on. If I were to buy a player I'd want some kind of stability. build a team like that under Mourinho with a strong core. That's what I mean by a 'project' player; somebody to build in to a system with long-term goals. Fair play if our new manager has different ideas and is keen, but I'll stick by my belief that he'll end up at Bayern.

I think any regular who has used the site for an extended period would agree with you taby mate.

and what's this luis ramirez and oscar.
ramirez and oscar cannot tackle. no chance.

luiz is an indesciplined midfielder whom no can believe what he does.
sometimes he is very sloppy.
but his attcking threat is reall good. but he isn't a holding midfielder.

and can't believe. we spend 24 mill pounds to bring him as a cb.
how on earth is he a cb?

Ramires and Oscar can't tackle? Have you seen them play? Yes they ain't Viera, Makele or Mascherano. But how many of them are? I suggest you take a look at Oscar's play against Juventus at the Bridge. Not the goals. They play against Pirlo.

These kind of comments are just laughable. You think Cleverly can tackle? What about Arteta? Dembele? Xavi? Modric? Yet they all play central midfield and noone is asking those kind of questions. We are a dominating team. We are in no pressure to retain possesion every 10 seconds. And we definitely do not need more than one holding midfielder on the pitch at the start of the match.

All those players u mentioned played beside someone who's job it is to get stuck in and tackle. Have 3 players beside each other who can't tackle maybe not best idea.

Ramires against arsenal is all the evidence you need that he can tackle. the idea that a midfield of rami luiz and oscar can't tackle is laughable

Me and my brother were having a conversation about which possible tottenham or arsenal players would get in chelsea's team over our current players. We decided on 3 players, bale, wilshere and possibly dembele.

This goes to show really that we have a really strong team on paper, but either aren't performing well enough, lack of decent management, or lacking one or 2 in the key areas.

We also discussed which players we would take to replace our current strikers, and what's worrying is that out of the whole premier league we would only take hernandez, rooney, rvp, aguero, tevez, dzeko and suarez.

Can anyone think of any more players who are better than torres or ba? I struggle to see why chelsea are not fighting for the title with the squad we have.

Kyle walker, in my opinion is no better than azpilicueta, and lennon ahead of hazard, oscar, bale, mata? don't get me wrong he is a good player, but not in the league of the players above.

Michu, Mierelles, Suarez, Lambert, Sturridge, Berba are all players I'd take well ahead of Torres, with little thought needed

It's tough because on the 50/50s we generally give our guys the benefit of the doubt. For instance Cech and lloris are both on similar levels but we give the edge to Cech. Walker and Cesar are the same way.

Id take bale, even though I can't stand the man, and vertonghen. kyle walker is definitely not as good as azpilicueta he gets caught out of position so much. maybe dembele although he's been quite poor recently. i'd take sandro as well.
