I have alwayz been so grateful to Ed2 for all his great and charitable contributions to us. I really do and would always do. However I urge him to be more mature and considerate in his decision in quiting or suspending his good works here. This abuse and sebsequently, quiting alwayz comes at dis stage of transfer. Don't u think some guys are not doing u a 'Baloteli'? Provoke him to react and get him sent off and then cost his team. your satisfaction should be d greater numba of us who appreciate u and not some mecineries that already know u would quit and Chelsea fans d joy that you bring on here. Pls reconsider your stance and make people happy. Tnx.

Indeed that won't help. And ilo, you have to realise that we don't see the abuse. It gets deleted. So we have no idea what the Eds have to deal with. I don't think we can judge their decisions. Just respect them.

Main reason I rather not post during the off season, sadly it's just a bunch of trolls who turn the page into a Q&A site, with the Eds getting abused which ruins it for the most of us. Sad but a fact, thanks for everything Ed002 and 018 you guys are doing a great job. Follow the page still as often as I always do but I refuse to be a***d. :)

It is sad to think that there are certain individuals who you never here from during the rest of the year, then make an appearance during the transfer window. There aim just to abuse the eds and cut off any information. How sad is that .

Not that I know anything about computers, but shame we can't introduce some sort of filter system whereby someone else looks at the posts and deletes any abuse, so only the posts from people with half a brain can be presented to the eds.

Ed02 happy 4 July, so hopefully u are in a good mood. I know you have said that the Turan transfer will not happen, but the "holding out for a transfer to Chelsea rumours" keep rearing their ugly head. Are we in anyway likely to change our minds ( that is if the reason he won't be coming is because we don't want him) and make an approach. If you think that this question comes under the "RTFP" or " I have explained the situation " in ed02s book of American replies to stupid English questions, then please just ignore. Carry on with your celebrations sir, I will drink a toast to you.

I know, sid. Those 'brave' keyboard warriors, but it's bound to happen on the Internet. It's one of those things that you can't really avoid. So we have to live with it. Hopefully Ed reconsiders his/her position (after all this time on here I actually still don't know, so sorry Ed002) but we have to respect the decision either way.
Let's just be patient for now.

Think ed02 is an American male Jackson. To do something voluntarily and get abuse is pathetic, but as u say there r these cowardly individuals about. Let hope and pray ed02 comes back soon. No disrespect to ed 18 who does an excellent job, and probably also gets abused.

I always thought Ed002 was a guy. But sometimes I see an Ed refer to Ed002 as 'she' so I'm still in doubt :-P
Of course I'm very grateful to Ed018 as well. He provides us with a lot of info as well and participates in discussions and I really value his opinion. But as I said in the post below, Ed002 is the king of transfer information.
But let's just be patient. Ed002 will come back when he thinks the time is right. We can only hope that time is sooner rather than later and hope that the idiot posters stay away.

So our three strikers right now are Costa, Falcao & Remy - decent, very decent!

But with Remy about to leave we probably need to look at another option. Where do people think we should be looking. from within (Bamford / Traore) or another signing?

I'd put an offer in for Austin personally, give Bamford a PL loan and either keep Traore in the squad or send him on a loan to France (Marseille / Monaco) for some top flight / Champions League experience.

Austin would represent a homegrown PL goal scorer at good value.

Jamie redknapp really gets on my nerves with his stupid comments about Chelsea. Ever since Jose made him look silly on sky he always has to have little digs gets rite under my skin, Scouse and all these ex Liverpool players / come pundits who are coming out saying well I'd sell sterling are the same ones a month ago saying they must do all they can to keep him he's the (future) are only saying it because they no he's gone already ( matter of time ) and are then going to praise Liverpool for doing the rite thing when REALLY what you need to be saying is well we have a lot of history ( that we go on about all the time ) but will probably not get anymore for abit and we struggle to keep are best players (well ones that see your not really going anywhere. Rant over

Ed001, yes he is paid to say things but the ink on the contract had barely dried and he has felt the need to have a pop! But if I was falcao I'd just stick these comments on my changing room door and use them to prove a point! But Jamie is acting like a prat since Jose gave it to him.

Tbh honest I think over the years Jamie Redknapp has been very pro Chelsea to the point where he was even very biased in our favour. Whether that be because Frank was his cousin I don't know. But to slam him just for giving his opinion is just childish! He is only saying what a lot of people are thinking . I for one have my reservations about the Falcoa deal as do a lot of other chelsea fans I have spoken to do.Whatever happens I will get behind the lad and support him but I don't see him finding the net too many times in a chelsea shirt this season!

Redknapp got under Jose's skin, he got the fish hook in and Sky bosses probably told him not to let Jose off the line - reel him in slowly. They'll know Jose having a pop is great TV and they'll want Redknapp to try and provoke another reaction. It's TV, it's not personal!
