Don't like people wanting to sign alonso or modric. Come on serious, yes they are good playmakers from deep. We have this in 3 players on our books already, Oscar, mceachran and de bruyne can play here with loads of room to develop even as great as alonso or modric. BLUEBOY1

Mate all the players you have mentioned have the potential to be good players but let's be honest they are not going to develop into Modric or Alonso caliber of players!

I think Oscar and KDB could very easily match modric's level. Alonso is another story.

I think mceachran and Oscar will be better than modric.

For me modric is nothing that special. Don't get me wrong he passes some good balls from deep, but it's nothing josh oscar and luiz can't do. He doesn't score many at all, doesn't get many assists. Alonso is obviously class. But Oscar josh both 20 with bright futures. With the right management I believe both can achieve anything.

Let's be honest Oscar and Josh will never be on the same level as someone with over 100 caps for Spain - in one of the best international squads of all time.

Why woudnt Oscar? He has the ability and already has lots of caps for brazil.

Just like to say well done to Rafa in getting another team to a European final and what looks like another top 4 finish, under the circumstances he has had to work with a lot of fans not wanting him he has done a great job. everyone is going Klopp mad these days when Rafa is still one of the best anywhere, there should be a big push for this mans services imo. Done well under the circumstances? We was second and only four points behind utd. We lost the fa cup, super cup, champions league, the league cup and struggerling to get a top four finish. And your hyping him up for getting to the Europa league final against a swiss team who any premier league club should beat. The real test is benfica! I bet he starts Mikel and plays ramires on the wing.

As far as our champion leagues knock out is concern, it has got nothing to do with Rafa. It was Di Matteo fault not Rafa

The guy came into a underperforming team mid-season. and the fans hated him. I still don't like him, but I have respected him ever since he snapped and called out the club for the way they have treated him.

At that point, he had no control over the squad and I think he was testing his limits by chatting in press conferences to see if the club would sack him.

It has taken him a long time, but I think he finally has control over the squad and is able to ignore the sideshow circus. Allowing him to devote all of his attention to tactics.

Oscar v Juve is still one of the best goals I have ever seen, not just a great shot but a fantastic touch around the player.

How comparable is the Europa prize money to Champions League money? I'm sure that it's considerably smaller, just curious as to how much.
