There's a fantastic interview with Torres on fourfourtwo from Chelsea tv. Lets get behind the guy he really does love our club.

Ian

Believable5 Unbelievable1

He really loved Athletico
He really loved Liverpool
Now he really loves the money he gets from Chelsea

cozinoz

Agree1 Disagree11

Cozinoz he loved athletico and has stated it would be the only badge he will kiss after scoring. didnt see him do it at liverpool and admittedly hasnt scored enough for chelsea to consider it. but he still loves athletico and im not so sure he is that into the pool.

Torres said when he was at Liverpool he wanted his Kids to grow up scousers! as he loved the club so much, money changes everything, buy Gerrard and he may start scoring.

AVB is the worst manager Chelsea have had in the last 20 years! We will never get any where with him at the helm! I for one would love to see mourinho back in charge, he can run a squad and lead us back to glory!

Believable4 Unbelievable6

Nice one. I bet they are scouting him now to check his suitability:)

Agree0 Disagree0

I didn't say we were getting him back although it would be quality if we could, we just need to get rid of AVB quick!

With man city saying thy are intrested in hazard I fill chelsea are going to find it hard to compete with money side of it! But on the plus side we do already have three Belgium players tht might convince him hopefully! Any thought eds? {Ed002's Note - Having other players from the same country will make no difference in the big scheme of things.}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Im pretty sure that Hazard and Lukaku are actually good friends, I think they have been pictured shopping together? And they follow eachother on twitter.

Agree0 Disagree0

So are vermaelen and hazard but dont expect him to go to arsenal haha

Agree2 Disagree0

Vermaelen and hazard aren't just friends, they are cousins! but still don't expect to see him at Apsenhole lol {Ed002's Note - I think the "cousins" suggestion is urban myth.}

what happenend to inocent until proven the FA are d**ks

Believable7 Unbelievable2

If you are looking for a d**khead , dont look at the FA , look at JT . The man is supposed to have the bood of England running through his veins , then why didnt he think of England and stand down until this was sorted ? Why did his legal team make it so that the case couldnt go ahead until after the finals ?? Personally I cant stand the bloke , he is smug , arrogant and thinks of himself as the saviour of English football but he is a good player who gives his all , its a shame that he surrounds himself with people who feed his smugness . I am sorry but he has no-one else but himself to blame over this one !

First of innocent until Proven guilty is a fantasy; certainl

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry fat fingers / small phone!

Innocent until proven guilty is a fantasy; especially where the press are concerned! The FA were left with little choice!

John Terry could never had stepped down as England Captain on the back of this! That would have been used as a sign of guilt in court!

Agree1 Disagree0

With the way the press are , Jt could have stepped down and took all this pressure away from England and himself . Yes , the way it was done was wrong but Terry thinks his is a law unto him self and it has now backfired on him !
Davo

Agree0 Disagree0

It would not have been seen as a sign of guilt, most lines of work, especially in the public eye have employees stand down or becoem suspended until the outcome of the case is decided.

Hi Ed, ive tried to post 3 times now on current posts and on new comments and they havent been posted to the rumours or banter sections and i was just wondering why? I regulary post and my posts werent offensive in any way. There is no need to post this on the forum just hope its a mistake and that i havent been blocked.

There is a lot of negativity towards Sturridge, I myself have questioned his ability to bring other players into the game; football after all is a fickle thing.
At the start of the season he was playing exactly the same as he is now, the only difference is the fact that he was scoring goals. Now that the goals have dried up he doesn’t really offer anything else, no crossing, no creativity etc. This isn’t his fault, his game is based on scoring goals from a wide position; every player losses form and some need a rest too. This is where I have a problem with the situation Daniel Sturridge now finds himself in…

When he is out of form who do we replace him with? There is no player in our squad that can play, with natural width, on the right side of the pitch. This is a problem that most fans can see now, could see in January and could see in the Summer; it is a problem that hasn’t been rectified and has been around for too long.

Here is a question for you…who is the last naturally right sided attacker you can remember Chelsea having? (Answers on the back of a post card)

Surly the squad has to encompass all positions that would make up a team from which we can utilise different formations? Our current squad doesn’t, and hasn’t for too long, have any solution to our lack of width; Daniel Sturridge, despite being out of form, is not a fault for this situation!!!

I liek sturridge but i think he needs to learn when to shoot and when to cross (something ashley yougn still cannot grasp), he could learn from gareth bale, if you haven't got a great chance to score, but a good ball in and the striker in the middle should do his job

When you say naturally right-sided, does that rule out Robben and Duff? because both of them worked wonders down the left and right wings.

Agree3 Disagree0

Gronkjaer?

Agree0 Disagree1

I accept duff and robbed, but given the choice they'd both pick the left wing I think!

Agree0 Disagree0

Gronkjaer LEGEND

Robben plays right wing for Munich all the time.
