Amid all this talk of conspiracies, I belive that the draw was fixed. Not only did the big four, barca, real, bayern and us all somehow manage to avoid each other, all four play their home ties for the second leg. Could just be a huge coincidence, but I would definitely say that it smells fishy.

Absolutely ridiculous... who determines what are the biggest four clubs? It is debatable that bayern are better than AC Milan also. Luck of the draw and always has been.

Who cares ope we win CL and com 5th in the league would mean spurs or gunners would lose thr 4th spot how gd wud tht b!!

Apparently there were 3 practice draws and we drew real madrid once then barca twice, anyone else hear about this?

Duno about ur theory but all i know was barca had 2 weak penaltys go back a few years ago when we ad barca 3 blatent pentalys wernt given our way,i certainly think that year after year barca are handed a champions league final by uefa its bollox and WHEN we make it to the semis tonight i really hope we r given a fair game against them cos i really think we could over come them chelsea v munich final

I know people might disagree with this(especially Barcelona fans) good thing we don't have any them here, but I honestly feel Barcelona get favoured in the champions league. Saying that I think we are in a lot of trouble come the semi-finals (hopefully when we get through Benfica 2morrow). They are a good team but they always get help from the refs. For example our game against them 3 seasons ago we got cheated 5 penalty shouts and we didn't get one. Just hope we get a fair referee . Arsenal got cheated last season. Well as I said most people would disagree but I guess that's how I see it .can't wait for 2morrow. Up chelsea!! -BLUERAY-

A fair referee, you're talking about a fair referee? This mickey, has just given Barca yet another pass in the competition. It is just hearwarming we are not the only ones done by like this.

We have no chance, when Platini comes out and says he fancies a Barca-Real final. Before the draw!! Do you really think he won't do that?

Am I the only one who thinks that a 1-0 lead is really dangerous. If they were to get the first goal then it is right in the balance. Far too many people on here are underestimating them and assuming that we will make the semi's. One step at a time people, one step at a time....

EDS am I right in saying if we win champions league whoever gets fourth spot will then go into Europa league instead of champions league.I really think we have a great chance of at least getting to the final,barcelona are not as good this year as they have been over past seasons.(If they get past Milan) .I can see Chelsea v bayern final,if been that much of a Wierd season this year and we are starting to hit a bit of form. {Ed001's Note - 3 spots will go to the league, if Chelsea were to win it, yes.}

Does anyone here think Man u are a good team?Personally, I think they are an average side at best.They have only one class player in Ronney.They a winning in the league purely because of Ferguson's know how.They struggled in Europe big time against teams unknown to them.But still with with that squad the number of wins they are scraping out is amazing,any other manager they would be languishing mid table.The main reason, I think ,is that the referees and other teams are intimidated by their name.Most teams go against them with a strategy to defend and in the end concede like Blackburn did last night,when it was clear that when the few times they attacked united they looked like they could score every time.I just a bit frustrated at the number of times in recent years they sneak to the title.What do you guys think?

SAF is winning the league right now and it's not even arguable. City has by far the best team but ferguson continues to work magic. One thing I will say is they create a load of chances between Rooney Nani Valencia and Young. Their width is what separates them from most teams.

Man U have strikers who actually score goals,thats the main reason we lag behind,plus Fergie knows when to get shut of players,at the mo they are way in front of the rest,need 2 top class strikers at Chelsea to compete.

What scoreline we predicting fellas? i got a cheeky bet on 2-1 to the boys in blue into 2-0 barcelona. Reckon torres and mata to score. Melbourne CFC

2-1 is a bit conservative for you Melbourne, i fancy us winning by 3 goals
