Kepa looking more and more assured in goal, could do nothing for the goal, and the luiz clearence he was there, mane save down low and hard and strong hand, it was said before he signed and will repeat it, he is a long term plan and in more than happy with him.

He has always looked a fantastic shot stopper. It’s coming for crosses that worries me but I’m sure he will be fine.

My first impression of Sturridge goal was that Kepa should have got it - I've looked at it from all angles available about 10 times each and I still don't know if he should have stopped it or not. Kepa is 6'1" - Courtois is 6'5" - think Courtois would have got it.

Seano. Good post mate. I think it was a fair result. I don't think we are in the running the the title but rather a team trying to find each other on the way to the title I think nextyear will be our year to push Our defence is good at times but not the complete package as yet. We still need better firepower upfront and i think if we don't buy Kovacic at the end of the year than Barkley and RLC needs to establish them selfs more. after that i think we will be good to go. Saying that we are playing awesome ball at the moment and can only learn from our mistakes that might still come. Top 4 for me should be priority L. Glass half full. Liverpool should be front runners with City this year but let's see.

Hey guys, just wanted to pop over and say great match, a draw was a fair result. Both keepers had some excellent moments keeping it 1-1. Your guys do move that ball around nicely at pace. Nice to see everyone involved after being as sportsmanlike as they were. Good luck and can't wait for the return at Anfield.
