Ed, I wondered if you could give any insight into the dynamic between CFC and PSG. In a simplistic fans world the sale of Luiz but a stone wall on Cavani the other way seems imbalanced.

I know there's no space for emotion in business, and thus they're likely to completely exclusive deals based on whether one club will pay the other "market value" for a player, but at the same time I can't see CFC wanting to appear weaker in the deal.

Has the Luiz agreement had any impact on a potential move for Cavani?

Hi to you all, I very rarely post, however, I think it needs to be pointed out that whilst we all have our wants and opinions re players in and out we are extremely fortunate to have the ed's ( 02+18) that we have, who, give us updates on the movements and thinking of the club on a daily basis. In this situation things can and do change on a daily basis, so don't shoot/piss off the messenger please by asking stupid questions or questioning the information they are giving today about today's perception of circumstances. Things change daily, accept it. This is how it works, ffs the window is not even open yet. I will be so annoyed if ed 002 pulls the pin this window like the last because of "persons" that type before they think as I find his info invaluable when you take the time to actually READ IT.
We all(as CFC supporters) need to appreciate what we have with our ed's and not hassle them as they do this because they want to not cause they have to.
I for one appreciate it.
Sorry for the rant but think there are some out there that needed to be reminded of how lucky we are on this site, can't wait for next season.

Don't sweat it pete. The fact we all have Handles now on like earlier on the site. I think Ed002, Ed018 and the other eds haven't been getting insults (i believe). Plus on here I think we Chelsea fans know how much work the eds put in, Free of charge and I honestly doubt anyone of us would ruin that( I believe). So it should be easy sailing, free trolling and happy Ed002ing and Ed018ing alike through out the summer. Thanks for the hardwork guys u are awesome in your both very unique way.

P.S. Ed002 is not a lady, right? I mean we all thought he was once but I thought he cleared that up. He's a Fox, you know like Robin Hood, take from the highs and give to the lows. Love it! :)

Ed02 is an American gigolo, just think of Richard gere with a bit of a temper, and that's ed02. How else do you think he gets all his info, from his seductive ways with all women with inside knowledge at each club.

Would it be safe to assume then Ed, that if our board can negotiate a good deal with Soton, we would go ahead with the deal. As I am sure I read we have been speaking to them. Cheers
