Eds, why do clubs always leave it so late to do their transfer business in January?

As a fan, you'd think it would make more sense to get business done early and get the new player integrated into the squad as soon as possible.

Is there something us fans are not aware of?

I see we are trying to sign Kolašinac , I'm being honest I have never seen him play , have any of you guys watched him before ? , is he any good ? , would he come in as a squad player to add cover ? , or is he starting 11 quality ,? As in better than alonso ?

I would play Farbregas in addition to Kante and Matic. I feel we can destroy them with some quality balls to Hazard and Costa.
