Charlton have confirmed the loan signing of highly-rated youngster Jay Dasilva from Chelsea until the end of the season.

The 18-year-old, who can play at left-back and left-midfield, will complete the deal when the transfer window opens on Sunday.

I believe it will be a maximum of 2 in, and only if the club can get the players we want which is always difficult in January. A box to box midfielder and a defender are the most likely.

Talking of box to box midfielders I watched video after video of Frank kessie last night, not just clips more match hi lights, and he's a tad raw but oh my word he's so strong he's like Michael essien on steroids, I think only 19 or 20 years old, he could become immense, I was just imagining the strength power, and work rate of him and Kante if we sign kessie, he's currently playing in a 2 man centre mid role as his club side play exactly the same formation as us 343, I read he was a defensive mid but after watching him he's defiantly a box to box, I think he has 4 assists and 6 goals, he was made to play in the premiership, I wasn't sure before but I would love to sign him.

Yes, Kessie reminds me of Essien with his playing style. Bakayoko is almost a carbon copy of Matuidi - either/ both would definitely add power and workmate to our midfield.

Mahrez anyone? since his form has died down might be a steal. Heard no rumours or anything just curious what the opinion is!

Not for me I think Willian and pedro are better, if we are to sign a right attacking mid / forward then he has to be truly world class and better than what we have, or a young up and coming talent with potential to be world class.
