Only 7 points off Europa league spot now. Do we want it?

No not really, more hassle than it's worth. better to take the hit for one season with no Europe and have a serious assault on the league title next season. Thursday night football is a nightmare. having said that the club is trying to win the FA cup and that would mean Europa league as well, even making it too the final might mean qualification if a top 4 team is our opposition i. e. Spurs or Arsenal. The only silver lining would be that maybe some of the young players could be brought back from loan and play in the Europa.

Of course we do.

Great opportunity to play the squad players we want to see more of.

We often play Sunday's, it makes no difference.

It's winnable and another route to the CL.

Add long as the league is priority it will be a great option.

I want it, yeah. It's a good way to give squad players some playing time, and as Nathswindon said it gives us another way to get CL football the season after. Also, I'm always in favor of more Chelsea :-)

Yeah I want it. Its given Spurs and Liverpool great opportunity to blood young players over the last few years. If it was managed well with squad rotation it wouldn't be too much of a hindrance to our league form. I wouldn't be bothered much with trying to win it though.

I think it may effect the league long term over the course of the season but I feel that city will walk the league anyway and I think we'd still be able to finish top 3 which should be the aim considering how this seasons gone. I think it would allow us to play youth and also allow conte to experiment with the squad and formations allowimg him to adapt againstt lesser opposition (assuming he comes in. ) also it will be the most prostigous trophy available to us outside of the league as if we win the cup this year we won't be too fussed to not win it two years running.
