So guys I think destro wouldn't be good enough for Chelsea or the premier league he got 13 goals in a bad league last year I don't see how he is valued at 20 million I'd rather mourinho go for someone else my option would be aubemayang he's quick young an offers somethin different and of course at 8 million surely loic remy must be worth a gamble how Liverpool fans would be sick if remy came an notched up 20 plus goals either way both of these guys offer something different what do you guys think and who would ye like also edd if u wanna give us any update as u get it we appreciate as always

Yeah he only got 13 goals, but he also only got 15 starts in the league. So it's a very good scoring rate. His movement is supposedly fantastic so I'd be happy to see him in blue.

Aubameyang would also be terrific, but I don't really think he'd be available.
Vela is another one who I'd consider as he's homegrown.
Remy or Bony are also worth a shout.

Ed 18, I've seen on another page that ED02 has wrote that RM are still interested in Ramires. With Alonso leaving, do you see them coming in with a bid and Chelsea selling this transfer window?

Eds I understand chelsea are looking at bringing in destro to replace Torres but is there still interest in Jackson Martinez.

Destro apparently not for sale acc. to Roma president. Could be a ploy, but if true we are leaving things v late re. getting third striker.

Pity that Costa scare had to happen at all, but better now than after close of transfer window, hopefully gives us enough time to get in the back up we most definitely need. We all know Drogs is a legend, but we need at least two younger, fitter players ahead of him, and Costa has had quite a number of injury problems. just hope they don't continue beyond this one for rest of season, but they may. Pity that if we are replacing Torres this is only happening now, so almost no time for Destro or whoever we bring in -- and as many of us have been saying for heaven knows how long we need to bring another in -- to get used to JM methods. Probably means Drogs will get a start or two, but legend that he is he's not as mobile as he was (though that not his main thing perhaps!) and not sure he can last too many 90 mins. Perhaps we should also look at Falcao loan if a true option.

Yeah I am worried too if we will need to put Drogba up top. As I don't think he can last all 90 mins. And the day we all were scared of came so soon :)

Gaurdian saying cost out for 6 weeks possibly, if true then we need a top striker, I dunno how good destro is but we need a goal scorer, we can't have another 6 weeks likeast season when we would blow teams out of the water but not score
