With tevez's family moving to the uk, do u think he would entertain a move to another club in the uk? I think a £30million deadline day deal is possible for Chelsea. Any thoughts?

Deffo Tevez is exactly the type of player they should be aiming to bring in aswel as a central midfielder. Otherwise United will run away with the title again

Why wud we want Tevez?? He would cost £40m+, hes 27 and hes a striker, we need a back up CB if Alex is sold such as Cahill, we need a creative mid such as Modric and a possible winger such as Eljero or Hazard, NOT TEVEZ gosh

Why is it your money they'd be spending? and Tevez is'nt just a forward he creates and makes things happen out of nothing. Kinda like a Rooney or Aguero, he would be awesome for Chelsea, him and Modric i'd be breaking my bk to get them both. You guys really need to watch your football more by the sounds of it. KTBFFH

why is everyone so pesimistic saying we're nowhere near as good as the manchester teams. do you guys not remember how we started last season ? two straight 6-0 wins and it went downhill from there. our first 11 and squad are good, and if we dont sign anyone else im still confident in avb and the lads and dont forget, abromovich has spent over 100million so far this year

He spent 100million on a world class striker, a holding mid and a defender. Thats all well n good but if the team still is'nt quite there then more has to be added its as simple as tht We have no consistant match winners what so ever, Lampard looks a whole lot slower and takes a decade to release the ball into the forwards. Kalou and Malouda spk for them selves leavin us with only Mata and Ramires. With what sounds like Benayoun is on his way out. We desperatley need more creators so our forwards can start shining. We dnt have any kind of Rooney or Young or Silva or Aguero tht can make sumat happen out of nothing. These are players tht win u the big games these are players that turn up on the day and produce the magic these are players that Chelsea must sign. Mata is a signing in the right direction but 1will not be enough. We either go hard or dnt go atall. KTBFFH

Young wasn't a real game changer at Villa. Agreed, he's had a fantastic start, but that's called 'form'. Call him a 'game changer' if he does it all season. It's easy to look good in a team that's playing good football.

Check the last 3/4 seasons for assists as they make goals and goals change games i guess he is a game changer derrrrrrr

i dont want to be negative and all but i think we defiantly need to be more active with transfers if we want to keep up with the manchester teams, from so far this season. i hope we have something planned

Chelsea for me have one of the best forward lines in the world Torres, Drogba, Anelka Sturridge and now Lukaku. The defense for me is also one of the best in the PL, maybe theres room for some imrovement but theres not a whole lot needed. Predictably it's not new that I point the finger at our midfield. With exceptions being made for the likes of Ramires and Mata I cant really see any kind of dominant creator that can boss and control a midfield. Also we lack a matchwinner down the right. I think the addition of say a Tevez and a Modric would really make Chelsea a powerfull force to match upto. Both Manchester teams in particular already look to much for the current Chelsea squad as it is. We really do need to bring in atleast 2more world class attackers if we are going to compete. KTBFFH

Probably not gonna happen. I think Torres realises he made a catostrophic error of judgement. When you look at the iconic figure he was at Anfield were the atmosphere is the greatest in football to the waste of space he is at the bridge were the fans can barely muster the effort to wave a supplied plastic flag.

The only thing thats missing from Torres game is goals, i'd say he looks in better condition than he was at Liverpool. Is it a coincidence that Drogba has'nt found the bk of the net yet either? The problem is'nt our forwards its the players they have playing around them not being able to create them any opportunities. Hopefully now with Mata and a couple more players coming in, they can both re discover there goalscoring form.

Mata was awesome even tho he played 20mins great feet vision and movement checkout mata amazing skill utube lukalu needs time looks like van der wiel coming please please avb bring in sneijder for malouda and KALOU and that will be an amazing transfer market for us with the young brizilians and the young goal keeper and the lad from barca and the kid from chivas happy days c'mon sneijder

Editor there were rumours few months ago about makelele coming back to chelsea for a management type job. Haven't heard off late about him.

Abramovic to bid 40 million for modric is now in daily mail. I reckon that we just throw davilla into the squad like man utd did for hernandez as he is an attacking midfielder and would save us 40 million to put to better use elsewhere {Ed002's Note - He does not have a work permit.}
