A lot of talk about Horse going to Juventus. Although he is not a target of Chelsea I think he will be a great signing. We need a class midfielder who can also play well on the right and that's what he is. Any One else agree

We have pretty good squad but our competition are strengthening. Even almost perfect Barca is strengthening.

I'm happy with goal keepers now. Also defence, shame kalas has been loaned again in my opinion. Luis leaving well sign a left back. Midfield I think we should sign some one. Pogba would be exceptional. But ain't gunna happen, I like Miralem pjanic. Or verratti. I'm still not convinced willian can be our right sided winger. If he is to be I think he needs to be let of the lead a bit. I'm happy with falcao costa remy. I'm hoping Bertrand traore gets a good run!,,,also lofts cheek

I do not think we will be able to sit back in defence as much this year and we will need to counter attack quicker therefore Stones gives us options along with Zouma in defence but we really need an attacking midfielder to help spring the counter and that is where another player is vital. We will need to break the 'parked bus' defences and not drop silly points as this year will be tougher than the last. I would like to see us get away from the 'tiki takka' football that we slip into which again puts emphasis on getting that attacking midfielder. I have made it clear that I was not impressed with the players we have/are being associated with and the lull we have surrounding Griezmann makes me think that one is not dead. With over a month to go I still feel the Club have something up their sleeve.

im aware that ed 002 must have received an unexplainable amount of abuse and to try and prevent this or to get back at the 'abusers' he is not replying all to much right now. That's fair enough.
as a user of this site who rarely gives abuse to other 'fans' never mind an editor I would like to ask whether ed 002 could elaborate on these 6 signings that has everybody on the edge of their seats?

I don't been to grovel but I do miss the updates and I am disappointed with whoever has forced you into this position. they, ideally, should be banned.

I think this could be part of the problem as well as the abuse to be honest. We've had this problem on this page before over the years, ed002 gives us some information but instead of being grateful we often pester for more information. Not having a go at anyone but having been a mostly silent observer on this page for quite a while it's a trend that seems to occur most transfer windows

Sooo, rather than the tit for tat snipings on here why don't we just write what we think/feel/hope will happen in this window and then we can all point the finger after the window closes.
My feelings, Pedro, Stones, Baba and one of Witzel/Greissman(spelling) in and out will be Mikel and maybe/hopefully Ramires. Salah will go and Cuadrado is an inigma at the moment, Moses will go too, just not up to standard required.
Pre season means nothing, it's about what we win(at the end of the season) that counts.
Your thoughts fellow supporters?

in my opinion, either cuadrado or moses will stay.

I think this will happen-

a RW player will sign, i'd imagine on deadline day or around then. big bucks. (no pedro)
stones will sign by august.
baba rahman will sign by august.
aranguiz will sign mid august.
2 young players who will spend at least the next 2 years on loan and might not see a blue shirt will sign.
as well as RLC being included regularly in the 16 man squad, I expect solanke to feature often as your first 3 strikers are all injury prone.

are there any HG left backs available? i'm not set on BABA.

TRAORE STARTS.

It's only pre season but it'll be good to see how he does tonight. Also think Zouma and Cahill next to each other more and more will help. Terry can't play forever and they need to become accustomed at playing together. Also if Moses Is going to leave which I hope he does I don't see why Musonda isn't on this tour. He's one for the future and he should have been given a go. Also with only Azpilicueta as the only LB in this squad I'm surprised we never brought Da Silva.
