what a game from lukaku. what a season from lukaku. 9 goals from 12 starts. this guy is going to be better than drogba once his touch and vision improve. his pace, strength and finishing are unreal. he bullied sunderland all day long today. put this guy through on a ball and he is going to get on it and bull through the defense. he is only 19, its unreal. this guy is going to be world class.

And we are going to spend 50m on a striker over the summer.
Agree2

I know right? Yea but who's he going to learn from at chelsea when he's back, Torres? I think it's wise to sign a special striker like Falcao though, imagine what he can teach lukaku, feruz set a standard you know? This guys the real deal he's special like messi and Ronaldo have you seen him, he actually does nothing wrong on the pitch, pitch perfect! Lukaku is going to be up there too, his physique alone is second to none and his ball control makes him unstoppable and he's only starting out?
Danny

He played with drogba last year so I'd say he learnt a lot. Drogba is better than falcao and lukaku has a completely different play style to falcao.

Do we really need to 'waste' another 50m pounds on a striker when we already have one in Lukaku? I think the lad deserves a chance IMO, afterall we've put up with Torres of 2yrs now.

Good finish by him as we'll.

That is 12 goals for Lukaku this season now! Only 3 behind Fernando, playing for a much worse team and with nowhere near as many minutes! You must remember he is only 19 as well!
If neither Cavani or Falcao are bought in the summer then, why not just bring back Lukaku and rotate with Demba? Ideally another year on loan would be good, and I would lke to see him take over from demba season after next, but at this rate (on course for a 20 goal season) does he even need another loan?
Very impressed and I know it is cliche, but his physicality reminds me a lot of the Drog! With his pace as well, he may even have better physical attributes when he is fully mature. He has his head on right and ahs a lot of self belief, I truley truley believe that this is Chelsea's main man for the better part of the next decade.
Just to top it off, he has dreadlocks! Maybe he'll get his afro out one day as well! haha

melbourne, you need to keep calm my friend, sooooo many typing errors when you get upset, the thing is, some of us have zero interest in your opinion, but you alawys feel you have to reply to every post, sorry to bring you down, but you are NOT an editor, and you do not own this site, its open to all and if we do not want to take part in your childish ways of signing a silly name we don't have to, and I would have a good hard look in the mirror as to who does not have a life outside this site.

And breathe. It's lucky for the both of us grammar and punctuation aren't requirements to be post.
I get it you don't enjoy reading my posts, I have a solution. I'll leave some sort of sign or hint at the end of each post so you can see its me posting, and skip straight past. Problem solved.
I know I'm not an editor mate, but the ability to answer the questions asked, aren't super powers. Almost everything asked has been asked before. If an editor can't be arsed repeating themselves, and I know the answer to something asked, I am happy to post what someone was told in the past. What some seem to see as me "sucking up" to an editor can also be seen as gratitude and manners.
It's already apparent that civility and as I already pointed out (you may not have read my earlier reply) negativity is a theme for you. I may spend more time on here than you mate, but I come here to talk Chelsea rather than typing for the sake of it.

dont remember asking for your views melbourne, although as usual you have plenty to say on everybody elses posts, what does the sign of matter anyway. it comes across as very childish, do you wear a badge with your name on or something like that?oh by the way your attemps at humour are very poor, or maybe its a brucie thing!
Believable7
Unbelievable5
Name badges? Your sarcasm shows your nature of thought process. If we were at school, work or recognisable to eachother in any way we wouldn't need "name badges". But in case this is as close to socialising you get in day to day life: on this site, on the worldwide web, unless you sign your post we don't know who to simply ignore and save time.
I don't care what your opinion of me is, as you have no idea at all who I am, or Kevin or anyone on here. Consider there can be kids (. ) as well as adults and negative donuts like yourself. But if you do decide to talk rubbish and have a crack at me, for whatever demented reason you think is valid, please sing your posts so that people know who is
here to talk about Chelsea rumours or have banter (just two possible options) and who is here to offer nothing constructive to the page.
It's almost completely noname melons and not the regulars on this page that abuse Ed002 and 018 for no logical reason and cost us the ability to learn insights into the rubbings of a club that we wouldn't otherwise. Kev may sometimes ask obvious or not thought out questions but if Ed002 can be bother replying than what do you care. I guarantee you if you're an actual supporter of CFC, and attempt to be positive or constructive than you might actually enjoy yourself.
Sorry for the rant everyone else but its posters like this that make me worry for humanity. Saying negative stuff rather than nothing is a miserable trait. If you have an opinion either negative or positive at least stand by it with a sign off.

You just asked two pretty pointless questions in a single post no name. At least Kevin stands by his views and signs his posts, he doesn't just annoymously troll the page hurling abuse at an obvious die hard Chelsea fan.
Save your oxygen if you have nothing meaningless to post mate. The page is better off without it

Hopefully zero mate. His last club title was in 2007 and since then what has he achieved? His record for building great teams and having stability hasn't been seen with AC Milan in the early nineties.
We need a manager that has a proven ability to motivate teams, is respected by the squad and sells his idea of football to the players entirely. He needs to able to instill the mentatilty of 'us vs them'. Guss and Carlo had it for spells but in my mind one man has proved this ability numouros times,
with players of multiing nationals and background, in various countries.
TSO needs to return home and settle. He needs to finish what he started and show his undeniable class. He is the person to inspire Oscar, Mata and Hazard to get to their full potential and ability, cohesively (Duff, Robben, Cole have you honestly seen them play as ridiculously well since leaving the Bridge).
With Klopp not available and I'm assuming Conte fully conmittee to Juve, I see no other current option.

why do we keep playing torres when we got the 3rd highest goal scorer in the prem in ba sitting on the judy!
kevinCFC {Ed002's Note - Ba was cup-tied midweek so could not play Kevin. He has played in two out of the three games he has been eligible for this month. He cannot reasonably be expected to play two games a week like most players.}

Yes I know he was cup tied but he has been dropped in games where he would of been better
kevinCFC {Ed002's Note - As I said he has started and played in two of the three he was available for. He has to be used sparingly.}

You got to remember his knees and past injuries Kevin. Obviously the medical staff has assessed him since he has been here, and with our schedule being more stacked than his was at Newcastle, we need to monitor his recover constantly. Also the bloke got his nose broke mate. Kicked in the face. Didn't get blatant penalty and he had to come off before half time. In my eyes that cost us the game but you can't blame Rafa for incidents like that, and I blame rafa for a lot mate ha

So both Di Maria and Sanchez are most likely to leave their respective clubs in the near future, my question is, who would you rather have at Chelsea? Not saying that either will or should come and forget the matter of who would they displace, who'd be your choice?
Believable1

No question Di Maria. Sanchez isn't good enough for Barca and Di Maria is an automatic selection for Jose every week.

I think Sanchez. Think he would do better in prem. Di Maria good but light weight and loves a dive

Sanchez faces a lot more competition than di Maria. That being said its hard because you don't know wether you'll get the udinese or Barcelona version of Sanchez.

Di Maria all day long, I think he is technically a better footballer, passer and finisher. Sanchez has pace and that is about it from what I've seen. In the last Copa America everything ran through Di Maria for Argentina which considering their talent says a lot about how highly they rate him.

Di Maria for me. Better alround player, Sanchez relys only on pace and footwork

If di maria started every week why is he being touted throughout europe. surely you keep your best players when your a top team like real.

Sanchez as he's stronger and can also play upfront

Interesting responses, I would have said Di Maria myself, I think he is more of an all round player, it was just his physique that I questioned, but then again look at Oscar, not the biggest of players but he seems to bully players off the ball quite easily sometimes
