Will Hutchinson get a chance in the first team this season? Or will he have to go out on loan to prove his fitness? It would be good to see a home-grown talent come into the first squad next season.

CB...The rumours have been confirmed, Chelsea are in discussions with Bolton over Gary Cahill. Decent player who could form a good long term pairing with David Luiz.
CM...Miereles and Lampard are, realistically, squad players for any team who wants to win things, its strange how much we miss Romeu when Obi Mikel is played in the holding role (to be fair i think we'd miss anyone if Mikel replaced them); Romeu has to be one of the first names on the team sheet from now on. Ramires is one of the first names on the team sheet, Joao Moutinho to sign and add creative flair to the midfield three.
RW/LW...What would happen if Sturridge or Mata got injured? We need more depth in these positions, Malouda isn't up to it, Kalou isn't up to it (and will be going ANC); Krasic looks like a short term (loan) option to see us till the summer.
CF...Sturridge playing out of his skin on the right, Drogba hot and cold (and going ANC), Torres has scored more goals in 2011 for Liverpool than he has for Chelsea!! Lukaku looking out of his depth right now and may go out on loan...oh yeah, I think we need a CF!! Cavani, Higuain or Llorente please!!

Ed, am I right saying that Courtios has been loaned to At. Madrid for two years? I have watched him a couple of times and he deffo looks a talent! With Cech’s…questionable performances this season do you think we will look to have Courtios back for next season/can we have him back next season? {Ed002's Note - A year plus a year.}

Cech has been at least partly at fault for the goals conceded against both Wigan and Spurs. Wigan he spilt it, and against Spurs he failed to take it away from Adebayor. Replacing him this season wont happen but i really do hope that we dont have to rely on him between the sticks for to much longer.

Just a suggestion, but seeing as there is an ED reliably around throughout most of the day, perhaps one ED could just make a daily round up of news, highlighting anything that might interest us, doesn't have to be anything new or groundbreaking, just something to read which would eliminate most of the questions which are asked again and again. Very good game guys i think we should have won it if ramires scored one of his chances but i like the way team palyed together. our team always start the game very slowly thats need to be changed.

Ramires absolutely must become more clinical in front of goal. I'm not saying he needs to be frank Lampard but he gets more chances than many 20+ goals/season players. He needs to start barrying those oppurtunities as today it was the difference between 1 and 3 points. Otherwise I think he needs to move further back the pitch.
Reality check: lamps has been a freak player for us in terms of his scoring record. thats not to say that ramires shouldnt have buried one if not both of the chances he had. but any comparrisons is just nuts. he has shown that he can score and has got the skill and the eye for goal. it was just one of those games for him. nothing more. dont read in to it too much. im sure he'll round another defender soon.
With the header an exception most of Ramires chances come from his bursts from midfield there is no one else from midfield that can offer the same pace he does.
Ramires is one of our best players at the moment, his ability to get into goal scoring positions is amazing, im sure his composure and ability to score will improve but atm i am just happy to see his pace and drive in a chelsea shirt rather than any other shirt.
