It's qaulity from him!

Watching the youth play Everton right now, 1 up with 10 minutes left. Solanke not involved which tells me he will be involved on Sunday. Brown and Abrahams playing. RLC also playing.

Wouldn't read too much into that. He's got a game on Monday so I doubt we'll see him on the bench on Sunday :)

Agree0 Disagree2

24 Apr 2015 05:30:38
They all have the FA Youth Cup Final 2nd leg on Monday Jackson but Solanke was the only notable absence! Game finished 3-0 with Tammy Abrahams scoring 2. I think Solanke will definitely be involved against Arsenal.

Musonda wasn't involved either I thought? Well, maybe you're right but even if he's on the bench I don't see him making an appearance.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Apr 2015 07:50:36
I wouldn't go as far to say he will definitely be involved on Sunday. he may well have been preparing for Sunday should 2 of our 3 strikers not be available.

What was the problem with salah

I really hope we give Bamford a chance instead of spending huge sums of money on Dybala. I have watched Dybala play a few times now and I don't think he is worth the money being touted. Bamford has proven himself and he knows English football - give him a chance!

{Ed018's Note - but is he ready to be a second choice striker for Chelsea? I don't think he is there just yet}

23 Apr 2015 14:28:45
Second choice, is Remey off then Ed?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - possibly. It's been mentioned that Crystal Palace are interested in him}

23 Apr 2015 23:54:02
Ye, I was assuming Remy stayed, which I hope he does.

Van Gaal declared the plan for the next transfer:

"I have the list here with me.

"[Mats] Hummels, £36m. [Nathaniel] Clyne of Southampton, £15m. [Paul] Pogba, £75m. [Gareth] Bale, £120m and Jackson Martinez of Porto, £25m.

"It's easy for me, next year we are the champions."

He was reading out a fans transfer list

23 Apr 2015 13:07:49
I know, just want to make some noise for the site.

However, I think they GOT Clyne as replacement for Rafael and Hugo Floris for De Gea already.

Well that's it the day has come! Start your goodbyes to hazard! Once Madrid come calling they get their man it's simple as that. Getting zidane to come out and say he like him is just the start to get his head turned!

I think he off because we got him to sign a big contract so Madrid would have to pay big fee and jose has said every player has a price!

Think chelsea already know he going

Believable0 Unbelievable7

23 Apr 2015 06:55:44
Doubt it. He signed a large contract because we want to keep him. Zidane is a coach at RM. Not a transfer scout. The RM squad already needs to be cut in size before they consider buying this year and they are also close to a ban. With the length of contract, and how much we would demand as a result, Real Madrid cannot afford Hazard right now, as we would be in my opinion, looking for £100m+.

Agree4 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 07:01:41
Or we could not be so negative, I feel Hazard will leave, but not until 2017 or so

Agree4 Disagree1

23 Apr 2015 07:25:01
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Zidane was probably asked specifically about Hazard. Then what is he supposed to say? Everyone knows he's been playing fantastically well, so it's no real surprise that Zidane said what he said.
Besides, would he consistently start there? They have Ronaldo, Bale, Isco (their Spanish golden boy), Rodriguez and Kroos who all prefer to play as attacking midfielders/wingers.
I don't think we should worry about that for now.

Agree2 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 08:24:16
It's nothing new. Zidane was Hazard's idol and Zidane likes Hazard as a player, there's been mutual appreciation for a long time now, so there are always soundbites available to the media. Chelsea have protected their interest by signing the player to a long-term deal however there's bound to come a time when he leaves. I doubt it'll be soon though.

Agree1 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 08:29:44
Trust me zidane will be next Madrid boss next season and will have hazard as number 1 target! Forget about hazard signing a new contract! They not the worth the paper it's printed on! If they want him they will get him

Agree0 Disagree2

23 Apr 2015 10:10:15
I never want to see hazard leave but if he did I'd defonately take bale and Varane off um.

Agree1 Disagree2

23 Apr 2015 10:21:38
Why would we sell hazard if he will become best player in the world in 3 - 4 years?

Agree1 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 11:31:50
He loves chelsea and london he says his family is happy and at the minute were looking like were winning trophies I don't want it to happen but he could still go madrid when his contract ends in 5 yr he will still be that good.

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 12:24:35
Just prepare yourself that's all am saying

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - pinky were you the one saying last summer that we should sell Hazard and keep Oscar because Oscar was better than Hazard or was that someone else? I can't remember}

23 Apr 2015 12:40:32
Hahah Ed :)
Pinky, I seriously doubt that Zidane will become Madrid manager next season. He's currently the manager of their B team I think, but I've read that he isn't exactly doing a fantastic job there.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - I'm serious. Someone last summer kept saying that. I just can't remember who it was.}

23 Apr 2015 13:07:13
I highly doubt that at all ed because I absolutely love hazard and I've never been a fan of Oscar so where you got that from I don't know

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - then it wasn't you but there was someone who was saying it}

23 Apr 2015 14:31:40
not agreeing with Pinky but, Barcelona employed Pep we he was coaching their B team

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 16:08:27
Let's not kid ourselves unless we all of a sudden became a major force in champions league like bayern,barca or real then the day a bid will be made for hazard is approaching. Real and barca especially are a huge draw for any player. I really hope that day does not come as hazard is the best player I have seen in a chelsea shirt. In one or two years though with him being a superb talent and still room for improvement you would have to say £80m plus in today's market.

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 16:11:23
I thought it was pinky too ed but it could have been nch/chn or whatever he's calling himself now.

I thought it was pinky too ed but it could have been nch/chn or whatever he's calling himself now.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - yea it was chn. I did alittle searching through some old posts to find out}

23 Apr 2015 19:53:04
Say sorry ed lol Never in a million years i'd say Oscar was better I think he is terrible

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed018's Note - not gonna happen Pinky. You've given me plenty of headaches with other things through the years}

24 Apr 2015 08:19:08
Like what lol

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 01:09:32
I know no one has sayd there is interest but as a good back up striker i'd take hernandez and not just cause he scored tonight but he's capeable of comming on for 10mins and getting a goal most important must be getting varnae and pogba/koke/gomes

Believable0 Unbelievable0

23 Apr 2015 07:02:05
I'm not a fan if Hernandez at all

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 10:23:19
Chelsea ranger, I was avout to post completely same thing! Its not me than who likes the guy, I really believe he would be a perfect choice if remy leaves, then give bamford a shot as he and hernandez can work it out who will be 2nd choice striker

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Apr 2015 14:49:29
chicharito is a good shout imo
he's already played in this league, gets in right positions to score and can be a huge impact sub
