What did you guys think of Tomori? Not on for long, but what he did, he did well, especially that break where, with a little more experience, he could have given the gooner keeper some trouble.

Amazing to think he is a CB by trade. Could be a top CB, fullback, wing-back, CDM or wide midfielder in my opinion.

I thought he did pretty well at RWB (considering it's not his natural position at all) . He's fast and pretty strong, so a very good athlete. But his defending nous also seemed to be at a good level. He nicked quite a few balls away from onrushing attackers.
Offensively he's fine as well. He cam through our academy, so that practically guarantees that his technique is quite excellent. He's good on the ball and has a little bit of dribbling in his locker.

So he knows. If we can't get another wingback in then maybe Tomori could stay as surprise depth. I for one wouldn't fear a bad result if I saw his name in the starting 11 for a competitive game.

He wasn't great at Brighton last year - couldn't hold his place in the team. Nowhere near ready yet.

I saw him three or four times for Brighton last season and he looked as if he was finding bridging youth football and Championship a little difficult. Obviously he has caught the eye of Conte to be taken on tour but I see another loan as Premiership at the moment will be a step too far.

Not completely based on this game but don't think Kennedy has future club, not a winger not a wing back not a left back, is he good enough cover?

Don't think he will be good enough myself personally I'd sell him if a big bid came in but always make sure we get a buyback clause.

Initially I held Kennedy in high regards at chelsea, however that hope is fading away and I must agree with the rest of you. He is being over taken by the likes of Boga, Baker and Timori etc in terms of development.

I probably would like to give him another couple of chances in the remaining friendlies we have and take it from there. Hopefully he can show us that he is capable squad player. If he fails then we have no other option but to sell.

It would be sad to see a young prospect get sold, however, unlike the other others he may end back in Brazil to rebuild he career.

The club went through so much hassle over the kenedy transfer. remember? But i think they need to accept defeat and get shot. He has no defined position. "Can play anywhere" that's not a world class player. he's very small too.

Michy Batshuayi looks very strong and very sharp. Physically he looks very lean, hard work always pays off. Really happy for him, this could be his year.

Pedro will have his work cut out this year. Fierce competition for place with Willian who looks like a man on a mission to regain his place back in the team. This can only be good for us fans.

Chelsea look really strong. Impressed.

Pedro was looking really good until his wack in his parsons. But fair play boga took his chance and glad he did. We need another lwb though and another cm i reckon. Other than that decent squad.

With Willian we get everything but not enough of the end product, he must score more. Bats I thought looked too fragile for the Premiership but he appeared a little more solid today and took his goals superbly so we will see how he evolves through the rest of the friendlies. Kenedy is not for us I am afraid and I know many enthuse over him but I see nothing special in Christensen. The one player I want to see again is Jeremie Boga who I thought looked at home. Needs to be aware of his teammates more and not try it all on his own but he could be a little gem this season. I would also like to see Lewis Baker given more time.
