great game from musonda didn't look. out of place.

Kenedy had a good game too. def can be back up for Alonso.

Ampadu really impressed me. to think he has only just turned 17 and moved to a prem club as big a Chelsea so composed! two footed too.

Ampadu in that cameo role showed us a lot of potential and really showed Loftus-Cheek his failings when given opportunities. There was no ambling around, no waiting for the ball and confident playing off either foot, not surprising Conte has him in the with the first team squad. Would not bet on him getting more game time during the season.

what i loved is that i was pointing and directing players around at the age of 17. shows signs of a leader.

Callum Hudson-Odoi looks an unbelievable young talent. Only young and a long way to go but if you get the chance have a look at him play for the Development Squad.
Also, while on a development note good to see Don Conte is going to start Musunda and Kenedy Tonight.
Hazard also starting.

I've also read that that Jake Clarke Salter and the young guy we brought in from Exeter might get some game time :)
Would also like to see Scott get a few minutes :)

Are we going to be pissed off with the fact we've played some youth tonight "IF" we get beaten?

I for one won't be. We all cry out for youth to get a chance and now they're getting a run, we can't be annoyed if it goes against us.

I'm pretty confident it will work out anyway. so let's hope they give Conte a massive headache.

Yeah i've seen that Ethan ampadu (17 year old from exeter) is training with our first team ahead of the game. I've seen very little of him but i've got high hopes given he's starting to get involved with chelsea and Wales first team squads at such a young age. Would love to see an appearance tonight even if it's just for a few minutes.
