Thoughts on Virgil van Dijk?
With all the drama around us chasing a cb pre-season I actually thought at one point that we could do worse than bid 15-20mil for him. Decent all round defending with good strength and pace. From the game time I have watched of him he seems to be maturing in the league. An upgrade on Cahill and Ivanovic?
Just wish he would cut the mop on his head. Might do wonders for his defender image.

I think he'd cost more than you think. He's generally rated very highly. 15-20 million would be considered a steal.

Maybe the best CB in the league right now in my opinion. I rate him very highly, and I'm sure Soton do as well.

Good player, did well at Celtic and a seamless transition in the premiership. Not a bad shout mate.
