In the last 3 seasons costa has scored 56 goals in domestic competitions in 97 appearances for chelsea
In the last 3 seasons lukakus has scored 63 goals in 110 appearances not much difference but when you compare the teams they are playing for it is
Im not saying 1 is better than the other

Lukaku got age on his side.
But his first touch is too bad.
He needs to improve his all round game. But he is definitely 25 goals a season striker.
I will be happy to see lukaku back at CFC.

I always liked the look of Lukaku. Wish he stayed with us. my only issue is his mouth he will have to keep that under control. I hope he comes in with the right attitude and a will to work with a drive for constant improvement. I worry that the price tag might make him feel that he has arrived as one of the worlds best and has nothing to prove. I hope i am wrong.

I can't understand some of you people ( poor first touch, all around game, lazy/? ) the guy scored more than anyone else except maybe Aguero in last 3 years. Who are you questioning his first touch (like you know something about it) . None had a better first touch as Torres. Did that help him to succeed at Chelsea. No. Does it matter that he scored more in one season than Costa för Chelsea

Central forward should be in box (penalty box) not running around like a headless chicken because coach wants it ( like Mourinho insisted with Torres) . Or trying to get on the wing like Costa does when he is not in a mood to play.
Central forward should be in the penalty box waiting to get the ball from his teammates. Its a bloody football not a rocket science.

Sandro all day long. I'd be hoping that Mendy would develop into a world class player, whereas Sandro already is. I'm a bid fan of his, I wanted us to sign him when we signed Kasmirski and he was still in Portugal (I think? ) . Either way, wish we had signed him then, I'm a big fan.

It has to be Sandro as he is one of the best left sided defenders/ wingbacks in the world. Anyway we definatelly need to sort out our right side. But if we could get both Alves (for free) and Sandro for 50 million I would take. them. both.

Mendy has the potential to be one of the best left backs but Sandro is easily in that bracket of top 3 or 4 players in that position right now. We would have an absolute world beater of a left back if we signed him. Total statement of intent.

I'm not convinced there is any solid interest from the club for Ox. RWB is covered by Azpi whereas we have no cover for Alonso, AC is looking for an upgrade for that position.

I do not expect CFC to sign right wing back. We have Moses and Azpli to play that position.
When we play against very strong opposition i expect Azpli to start at right wing back, else Azpli to play in 3 men defense.

Alves was never a good defender he played in a dominant barcelona team he would be premier league version on kyle walker for me fantastic going forward but in defense always capable of a mistake personal opinion i never rated pique either or victor valdes because of d team in front of them and puyol was d rock . mascherano played centre back for them that says it all about how easy they dominate teams he was able to play centre back for barcelona without been badly exposed. imagine kante centre half for chelsea? that's my point anyone half decent in defence for 1 of d best Barcelona team ever over d last decade could of done a job der . look at jordi alba for feck sake he's hopeless at defending.

The papers really are just trying to click bait now "Antonio Conte has 'decided' on his future after showdown talks" then you read the piece and it's Conte "Should" sign. It goes from a definite to a maybe in a matter of thirty seconds. I know it's the papers and majority of the time they will dramatise to get people to read but that's crazy.
