I was a little dissapointed Jose didn't bring on Felipe Luis when it became clear that Sunderland were going to sit in a deep block. When this happens it's vital we have width and for as good as Dave is defensively you just can't expect an inverted full back to provide width. There were plenty who felt Eden didn't have a great game but he was double teamed due to the fact that Sunderland didn't really have to respect Dave on the wing. Keep in mind I feel Jose is the best manager and the world and I don't mean this as a slight at all but I would just wonder what his thoughts on the matter are.

Definetely best manager in the world, edges over Giourdiola imo. I also was frustrated that luis didn't come on, and it took Jose way too long to bring in schurrle

Why are we not giving Remy a look in? In my opinion he should be the striker to come on if Costa is taken off. Or even try playing the both of them up top. I do have a massive spot in my heart for Drogba, but I thought he was only brought back for experience and stability in the locker room. Don't get me wrong, he's done fantastic when called upon, but Remy doesn't look match fit. Partially because he's had that groin injury. But from here on, I think the he needs to be eased back into matches. Feel free to chime in, not really criticizing, just voicing an opinion. Cheers.

Drogba scored important goals for us against United and Shrewsbury it doesn't really bother me who starts we should still beat them

Drogba has surprised me and done well. Remy will get opportunities.

Well Southampton got walloped. Mane does not impress me at all

I thought Southampton gave it a good go up until the point scheiderlin had to come off unfortunately without him there were just too many gaps in the middle and the game changed.
Sado Mane was a good player from what I saw of him at Salzburg, can't really comment on him of late haven't seen too many Southampton games this year.
Couple of tough games coming up for us now but I think we will walk away with 6 pts.
