Lessons learned:
1: Tight defences -> Mata's accurate crossings->Defenders score
2. Counter Attack ->Mata's accurate long balls->wingers or forwards score
I am not saying that Mata must play no matter what. We must be clever in rotating Oscar and Mata and judge by the opposition. insteadof keep playing one of them until they drop. That's just silly.

Mata was brought to replace Malouda as LM which is position he is giving his best. Stop stupid no10 thing. Chelsea doesn't look good in 4231 formation. I really do hope JM realize that fact.

I have to disagree ness. I'd say mata's best position by far is the no.10 role. Why play him left anyway, that's hazards position.

Mata hasn't the pace or work rate to play left wing. But with his touch movement and passing and eye for
Goal his the best no10 in prem

Actually game on Sunday has shown that he can. That is what JM wants from Mata&he can deliver. There are formations without AM so you have to play what manager tells you to play. Mata is a great outer midfielder. Oscar can play as CM wich Mata can't.

So were agreed. Not lamps not essien but mikel until we can sign a world class midfielder

Id still like to see Luiz in there. Him in midfield and Ba up front who gives us something to look for in the box would be ideal

I'd love to see luiz there, think he offer us more than any of them, strong in air, solid passes long and short bombs forward and can score, at least until we can buy a world class CM Tthen back as our cb, I know a lot of people think his liability at times but potentially one of best

All I wanna say is MATA have to start, oscar is tired, and please jose try something differant 2day, play essien and ramires, essien was awesome in the capital one cup against Arsenal, And one more thing how the the hell can jose say we not going to buy a striker in jan torres have to go I don't like this up and down form its not good for the team, there are striker that pay less money then his and do a decent job like benteke, defoe.and the list go on and on, I had it with torres, we need a striker
