Ed a couple of questions
1. Do we want neymar and are we and barca and real the only clubs he wants to go to.
2. Do we want Jovetic
3. Do we want andre schurrle
4. Do we want michu {Ed002's Note - The Neymar question is rather more complicated than you realise. There remains interest in Schurrle but not the others.}

Seen a report about part exchanging de bruyne for schurrle, what a joke I would be gutted. Get ride of Moses to make way for de bruyne. In my opinion. BLUEBOY1 {Ed018's Note - or Marin}

Is Schurrle considered as a part of the two new strikers or is it a case of a possible Schurrle + 2 new strikers? {Ed002's Note - There are players the club is interested in - don't expect them all to arrive.}

alright fellow Blues as we now ron gourlay has said 2/3 summer signings, who would you guys choose to get the premiership back? my choice would be hummels, fellani, cavani it would make a very strong spine, reason for this is there all ready to come straight in and start, I would be happy with 2 out of 3 I really believe we would be the best in the prem with these guys, only problem is would roman spend 100 mil on 3 players?

Believable5 Unbelievable5

My choice would be isco, Falcao and cavani. Also I would probably sell demba ba and instead stead opt for lukaku. We sure would dominate!

I think we need a centre mid more than two strikers

Agree4 Disagree2

LB :- Luke Shaw (loan him back for a year)

RW/ST :- Not sure who is available to play in this role, can Aubameyang play out wide too?

ST :- Falcao, although there are risks that would concern me.

I too would rather have Lukaku in the squad over Ba.

Agree6 Disagree0

DCM - Capoue/Fernando

ACM/CF - Aubameyang/Isco/Markovic

ST - Cavani/Falcao

My choices (not necessarily realistic) would be Fernando, Isco and Cavani.
I would also get Luke Shaw and loan him back to S'ton. I would loan Bertrand to an EPL team (someone like Fulham) and give Van Aanholt a year with Ashley Cole.

I would also then recall Lukaku, De Bruyne, Kalas and Courtois. With the squad looking something like this:

GK - Courtois, Cech, Blackman.

FB - Azpi, Kalas, Cole, Van Aanholt.

CB - Cahill, Terry, Luiz, Ivanovic.

CM - Fernando, Ramires, Mikel, Luiz, De Bruyne, Oscar.

ACM - Mata, Hazard, Isco, Moses (De Bruyne & Oscar can play here too)

FW - Cavani, Lukaku, Ba.

Would make an ace starting 11 and squad.

Agree4 Disagree6

LB - Luke Shaw

CM - Lars Bender

RW - Isco

ST - Aubameyang

Buy Luke Shaw and part ex Bertrand in the deal, use Shaw as the back up to Cole in his last Season.

We need a strong defensive minded CM who will be disciplined and break up plays, Lars is that guy, excellent motor and a effective simple passing game.

Isco is an exceptional talent who is available as Ed has mentioned if Malaga's financial situation doesn't improve, fits the philosophy we are molding our team around. Can play across the front 3.

Aubameyang, I've watched him heavily the last month and I like his potential, big and quick with a natural finish. I love Falcao and Cavani but there price is huge and it wouldn't leave Lukaku or Ba any playing time. We play with 1 striker so we don't need 4 strikers in the squad. He would be a lot cheaper and would allow Lukaku to get some game time.

Agree2 Disagree2

Aubamyeng, is that the young fella from AC? Shocking shocking first touch. Not Chelsea class.

Agree1 Disagree4

Aubameyang plays for St Etienne m8 Niang plays for AC Milan and I agree he's not Chelsea class atm.

Agree2 Disagree0

Luke Shaw-most important signing. Will replace cole for us and England. Will have at least 12 strong years.

Centre mid/half-decide which position Luiz plays. If centre half get a mid that sits deep, distributes well, and breaks up play. If centre mid get a guy who can play the ball from the back and has some pace.

Striker-either get a stud (cavani or Falcao) or get a guy who will complement lukaku (aubamayang).

Any chance of getting a more detailed description on Aubameyang PB? Haven't seen the bloke play before. Is he more of a poacher etc.?

If we were to sign three players in the summer, my realistic three would be Falcao, Lars Bender and Isco.

I think Luke Shaw would benefit greatly from another couple of years at Southhampton, and getting him in next year (2014-15) would be a bit premature. He would still only be 20 by that time, so has a lot of growing to do physically and mentally.

Falcao is a no brainer. With Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Moses, KDB behind him it would work wonders. If we do get Falcao then De Bruyne needs to be recalled. His ability to play on the left, and cross a ball is top class. Falcao would strive off his service.

Lars Bender is a favourite of mine, as most would know. Extremely intelligent holding mid. Pair him with Rami, Romeu or Mikel, it doesn't matter. He can play as a creative holding mid, or as an enforcer, breaking up opposition plays. He isn't the quickest player, but he makes up for that with his passing range and vision. Top draw player.

And Isco seems fairly realistic. We will be fighting of Pep and Bayern if we do get his signature, but it would be a fight worth winning. Unbelievably skilled attacking mid, that can play across the 3. Great with the ball at his feet, ghosts past people and can pick a pass. Has a wicked shot on him and would blend in extremely well with the intelligence of our other attacking mids.

I also think we need a CB in the Hummels mould, but that is far less realistic. Garay (Benfica) seems a lot more realistic as we have already held talks over the player, and I think he will probably join the team in the next window or two.

Is it true Grant will become part of the setup as of next season forward?

Are Chelsea interested in AC Milan's striker M'Baye Niang?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Hope not, the guy missed a game changer in my eyes but anyway not good enough

Agree0 Disagree0

He's 18 years old and hit the post at the nou camp and you think he's not good enough?
Bit harsh don't ya think?

We have Lukaku, so what's the point

I've never seen Hazard celebrate a goal the way he did vs West Ham. Plus he's stepped up a bit to take responsibility. Something must have changed. Just thinking.

I agree, I think all players are far more positive and have stepped it up, something must have really changed; maybe Abramovich in the dressing room?

They were up against the ropes; Tottenham passed us and we were consistently dropping points. No matter how much they dislike Rafa, they understand the need to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Stop worrying about mata leaving, chelsea fc are not selling club, we are not a club that buys players develops them a bit and then sells them to say real madrid, barcelona and so on, chelsea are a team of which fit in to the same category as the above, and if we do loose a player such as mata, albeit we do all adore him, there is always another player out there and with the amount of money we would get it would be possible to get one or two outstanding players
