Honestly.? These four alone would cost in Excess of 100m easy! Plus, Pastore will not move to England, but most likely to Real Madrid.
Abramovich cannot afford to spend that sort of money on 4 players. I know you think he is unbelievably rich, but he is steadily losing money each day on Chelsea FC and cannot afford to Fork out 100'+.

Also you said Chelsea are one of the top 5 teams in the world at the moment. At the moment Chelsea aren't in the top 20 my friend, with the recent form.
The squad is gaining age rapidly and the youth isn't that great, nor do they get many chances, and Roman can't afford to revamp the squad.
