Bernardo Silva anyone? First time I've seen him play and he looks quality. He's also a RW.

Are any clubs interested in B.Silva ed002? Thank you

{Ed002's Note - Why are you asking on the Chelsea page? And he has only just moved.}

Pretty sure so has Griezmann but that could happen albeit more unlikely now.

{Ed001's Note - Griezmann did not move in January did he? Big difference between moving 6 months ago and moving a year ago.}

Best signing of the transfer window so far is that Oscar stays at Chelsea. With his immense potential and the fact this is his first summer break since 2010 I have a feeling he could move up a level next season.

First summer break since 2010? That's ridiculous for any player let alone a young player.
The football continental associations should come together and get the European championships and Copa America plus African nations if possible in line with each other at full and u21 levels for the good of all players and football standards in general, in return clubs could be more international complaint for competitive games, compromise for the good of everyone in the long run.
Players should be able to switch off from the game at least once every two years.

As we all know it's all about the Benjamin's and these tournaments provide the federations and FIFA/other overhead organizations an opportunity to capitalize. In all fairness Oscar also caught a tough break with two tournaments being the Olympics and confederations cup which are rare. That said this is a big issue and you can already see clubs fighting it (United with shaw).

He is in consistent, but he's played an awful a lot of football since joining us. Oscar and 15 million for pogba. I'd take that.

Signing Toby Alderweireld from At. Madrid and letting Filipe Luis go the other way would be a very shrewd and tidy bit of business by the club. Especially if we secure the signing of Abdul Baba Rahman too.

Agree . I think Toby is a decent player. Can play all over the back 4

While I agree that he is very useful I wonder if we have the need. We would clearly need a lb and you pointed towards Rahman who looks to be of interest. Beyond that I think we're rather set defensively. look how hard of a time Felipe Luis had getting a game this season when he's a great player. While I agree that he is a very versatile defender that could help many teams, I don't feel we would get the full benefit and would be better off investing elsewhere.

I don't see defence as a priority this summer however with, probably, Terry and, potentially, Ivanovic leaving within the next 12 - 15 months building strength in depth now makes a lot of sense.
