Forget about Pastore unless Palermo will come down in their price. Chelsea is not going to spend 50 million plus on him. And unless Agureo takes a pay cut you can probably forget about him. Neymar, Van der Weil and Willian are all decent targets Chelsea may land

I do believe that all the rumours should be put to bed, until the managerial situation for next year is cleared at the Bridge.

That may not affect the widely known targets such as van der Wiel or Neymar, but the rest has so many ifs, that there's no point in speculating.

{Ed002's Note - Efforts are being made to figure out if the Neymar deal is on or off. The managerial situation will have little impact on the plans for the summer.}

I won't be putting words into mouth, but with Arnesen all but gone, there must be people with a plan at the club how to overhaul the squad. With the disastrous dealings of last summer and bizarre spending in January, that ain't much convincing ED, is it?

This much i understand, but it makes me feel we have got the continental way of handling the team affairs, which brings me to the quotes of Anco somewhere mid term, where he said he ain't no manager in the mould of SAF, he's rather a coach.

I suspect these same nice folks will ship out some 4-5 players out this summer. Just hope they'll be luckier in returns this time around.

Ed, is it true you are moving to another club's rumours pages due to people being horrible to you and your heart not really being in it? If so, any ideas on who will be replacing you?

Have to say we need some fresh quality in, Terry Lampard out! Terry has been disgraceful this season. We shud put luiz c.m and buy danny Collins from west ham then bid for messi.

Heard from an unbelievebly reliable source were interested in Neymar and Ganso. I think we will only sign one of them though.
What do you think of Neymar/Ganso people and Ed?? {Ed001's Note - I have not seen a lot of either player to be honest.}


I've had the chance to catch a few of Santos matches recently. I believe Ganso has been out injured. Neymar is very quick with very good footskills. It looks like he prefers to play as a left winger high up the pitch, kinda like ronaldinho used to. I would be slightly worried about his size as he does go down alot but he is young and should be able to add some muscle to his frame without losing his speed. I personally feel like he is exactly what Chelsea needs. Last match I watched he showed that he passes the ball well in tight areas. He'd be a great buy and I still think he will be our first signing when the transfer window opens
