Brilliant Today, Fabregas pulling all the strings behind the front 4 next to Matic. He loves playing deep hence why he joined us! Hazard good as usual, Oscar ( Can't believe people want him sold ) fantastic, Costa simply the puppies nuts. Willian superb again. ( really can't understand how he gets moaned about either ). Jose not attacking enough! Sensational fellow posters, eds and readers. Let's hope Arsenal turn up against City.

Everyone was good. i'd give oscar an 8 though, the amount of sloppy passes he makes are crazy, 4 last game, 6 this game

Willian is very good. Again, didn't get a goal when he should have had two. Inagine having what Willian does + goals (Sanchez)

Great game though

Sanchez is a striker like Schurrle, Willian is a midfielder as well as Hazard. You cannot expect 15-20 goals per season from midfielder if that player is not a penalty taker or at least free kick taker.

Fair enough mn, but Willian should still add more goals.

That would be ideal! TBH I am happy with him even now. Willian has fantastic work rate and he is creative player. Personally I rate Oscar as a player with highest potential even bigger than Hazard.
We will see how they are going to develope in the future.

It is not like we are struggling for goals either, just frustrated me when we need a goal and he screws it up, i'd get mad at Hazard if he screwed it up too, it's not a matter of hatred of Willian.
I still think Hazard has the highest Ceiling, but Oscar will be a tank if he can stay consistent throughout the season, and not just the beginning.

as I have mentioned before, we always just seem to do well in those saturday 3pm kickoff matches. its 100% this season. I bet if we played swansea in one of those saturday 12 45 or 5 30 times it MAY have been different lol!

Great game by Oscar according to all accounts. See if he can string a few of these together now!!

He was quite sloppy with the ball some times but took his chances excellently. Good all round. Nice to see Ivanovic not bomb forward so recklessly and the LB going forward too, don't see enough of that and it made us look far more balanced.

Yeah agree if Ivanovic didn't go forward as much we'd be a lot more solid defensively. I'll be honest I've criticised Oscar a bit lately not down to his form but due to inconsistency. His passing weren't great but his finishing was fantastic. A no.10 in our team should score about 15 goals a season. If Oscar gets more consistent he could be brilliant.

Our back's are doing what Mourinho told them to do. It is up to him to decide our tactics since he is the best tactician in the world.
Due to FFP we can't spend as we used to in the past. All in all with money we spent in last two years we really have amazing team!
We cannot spend amounts like Real Madrid or MU.

That's the stupid thing about FFP, just making the big teams bigger and the small teams smaller.

A salary cap would be so much more beneficial.

Absolutely superb first half, best I've seen this year by a country mile, should be 6 or 7, just pure relentlessness & ruthlessness going forward, fabregas is bossing everything

Zouma plays well then gets dropped for an out of form Cahill. Our youngster don't have a chance. Terry needs pace next to him and Zouma's a lot quicker than Cahill.

Agreed does my head in. We are All living in cucu land if we think we will ever give youth a chance. We might as well go and get Pogba and the likes cause I can promise you all not many youth players would get a chance. Not necessarily Jose's fault it's more like the way things are in the league so again I'm going to ask Pogba, Varane and Reus anyone?

We need experience to win the league it's that simple, it's asking a lot for a youngster to come in & deal with the pressure of a title race, next year will be he's year I'm certain of it
