As much as we lack the clinical edge, I think poor judgement of when to shoot, and when to pass happens far too much with us too. Eto'o should have teed up De Bruyne in the first half, rather than going for a pen, Schurrle should've shot rather than dribbling into O'Shea.

It's only the CoC, but at this stage I see it as something you might as well go for, so it really annoys me we've lost that-so close to a well-needed clean sheet for the first time in ages domestically. I don't really think we have as much of a problem as others are suggesting. Just a more of a clinical edge and Stoke would've been a win, palace would've been a demolition, and tonight we could've relaxed for pretty much the whole second half.

We need to spend another 100m to buy the player the special coach wants or who fits his way. Special coach can not effectively utilize what he has at the moment.

LOL. We are a joke its not about loosing its the way we are losing. We don't play like a team that should be called a "top team". We have some top class players who have pulled off some incredible stuff in some games. Mikel is a disgrace, shouldn't wear the jersey. KDB had a decent game. All in all we are crap atm and its probably a good thing this happened so Mou. Can stop the crap about not buying in january and actually change somethings cause if he doesn't we would more days like this. FACT!

Until we get this pivot sorted out we aren't going to control any matches. Thought Willian was really good tonight, work rate, attacking presence and positive play, really playing well of late.

Ba needs to start in front of him. He stays central and does his job, Eto isn't playing well at all recently.

The way out strikers are playing I think tonight Jose's plan is. Shoot, lots of long shots and hope keeper spills ball so follow in.

A rumour of Chelsea going for Gaurin of Inter is seriously making round now and that Inter's represntstives were in London few days ago to discuss poddible deal. Pls is dis true and my guys, is he really what we need right now? I don't really know about his qualities. Cheers

I hope it's not going to happen. Priority must be Barkley&Shaw Suarez if happens.

What does everyone think of Guarin? I'm a little unsure myself. Seems a bit like Ramires in the holding midfield role, ventures forwards a little too much.

He's being played in a more advanced role at Inter; at Porto he was more of a box to box type player. pretty good all rounder and would be a good addition to our midfield (in my opinion).

Poor mans Ramires really. Not the sort of midfielder we need and not title winning standard.

Ramires is much better player.

I'm not sure about the comparison to Toure. Guarin has been a stand out player for Inter, but I just can't see him fitting in. We need a defensively minded player, and I can't see Guarin being that player after the more attacking role with Inter. That's my opinion, but I would like to see a player like Pogba, not for that fee though.
