Anyone know if teams in premier league can still sign players if they are free transfer.

I’m very confused by the transfer rules this year but I doubt the value of a player has any bearing on the rules.

So my guess is no you can’t sign anyone on a free transfer but we can sign a player who is contractually free.

I know that Claudio Marchisio (a free agent from Juventus) can go to any club that he chooses to go to in Italy even after their transfer window closes. I don't know if same can happen in England.

English clubs are only allowed to register free agents if they were without a club before the transfer window began (or something along those lines) . So I believe no club in England would be allowed to sign and register Marchisio as he has only just been released.

Right now we’ve got three right backs in Azpilicueta Moses and Zappa, ed1 who do you expect to leave or do you think we’ll keep all three and use Moses in wing more? Cheers mate.

I do love Moses but the more game time he gets further up the pitch the less Hudson Odoi will be getting. He's shown he can play against Bellerin and Walker who are meant to be bloody good right backs so I hope we can see more against weaker opposition rather than a converted wing back converted back to winger lol.
