TBH how many Chelsea fans expected that Chelsea will occupy 1st spot on the table and perform such a fantastic football this season! Chelsea's problem were not Torres, Eto'o and Demba, Chelsea's problem was tactical and formational approach by former manager!

Even if Costa leaves (personally I don't think it will happen) Chelsea will be number one title contender.
It was not weak defenders causing a problem it was tactical and formational set up.

When people were moaning last summer on this page about how badly we need CB, I wrote that Dave can play CB, majority of you disagreed with me.
Better times are already here so everyone cheer up!

I totally agree with u Antibot. Mou as much he's a good coach, his personality seems a minus. Just at Man U and avallenge of quality players at his disposal and see how they look. I feel Conte should have done better with dis United team but always insist on his style instead of adapting his game to the players strength. I bet Alonso, Moses, etc couldn't dis well under Mou. Yes time will tell but Conte looks a more refined/ modern version on Mourinho and like I had always maitained last season, Chelsea could have made d top 4 had Mou been sacked earlier when it became clearer that players, just like every other teams he was axed at, have decided not to work for him. I mean who would like to work where you are blamed 4 everything but takes all the glory for your good job. He knows just how well to pass on d blame to his players and hang them out to dry by d press. At least he must find somtin it blame including ball boys, ref, etc. Mou likes dis siege mentality of "they are all against us". Finally Mou is a top short term manager but he always have a lot of baggage that u would wish he could just drop. I have the impression that we have found a worthy replacemnt Mourinho in Antonio Conte. Only time shall tell but so far so wonderful. your tots all.
