Hi guys, looks like this seasons transfer targets have all been aimed at success for the future with the purchasing of top European talent. Future Chelsea team as I see it now.

Starting Line Up 2014/2015 So Far -

.... Juan Mata .... Romelu Lukaku .... Islam Feruz

.... Lucas Piazon .... Ulias Davila ....

.... Romue Oriol ....

P V Anholt ... N Chambolah ... David Luiz ... Wallace

... Thibault Courtois ....

Notable Players To Mention - Josh McEachran, Gael kakuta, Ryan Bertrand, Matij Delac

Any thoughts guys? I personally think the future looks bright and of course Chelsea will bring in top international talent between and now and the 2014 season.

When you say starting line-up i'm guessing you mean for the Under 21s??

If not im guessing Ramires, Torres, Cech, Ash Cole, Ivanovic, Bosingwa, Terry and Mikel retire, die or leave?

Think before you click 'Send Text'. All you have done is think of as many young players at Chelsea who are relatively good in each position and put them in a team together. Ridiculous.

Also all foreigh players,What about home grown players developed at our academy at Cobham.We have a Technical Directer Michael Emenalo (previously Arnson) a academy manager Neil Bath and a whole host of specialist coachs for the separate age groups.This combined effort is geared to producing the next John Terry or similar.Okay Josh looks promising but since theJT break through who have we produced? Through my sources i understand the club are paying out over a million pound a year to run this youth set up.Okay they will make money for the club (the sale of Michael Mancienne etc)but why so little sucess for so long.Why can utd do it? {Ed002's Note - At least 5 of those mentioned will be home grown at that point.}

Agree5 Disagree1

Point taken Ed but do we really think five will progress through.We have produced didilly squat youth wise for 10 years and all of a sudden we produce five.To take you up on the five do you really think Gael kakuta is home grown?(go tell it to Lens).I mean young English players like up at Old trafford at the moment.Our youth set up is two bob to coin a phrase.Whay isit that we are now grabing 17 year old Brazilians our we finished with stealing promising fifteen year olds?

Well i was just trying to do a possible 2014/2015 line up looking at the potential for the future, Sturiddge and Ramires for example are well known players and i was just posting to inform people of some lesser known players for the future that Chelsea have. If you think Terry at 36 will be playing for Chelsea then thats your dicision, along with Mikel whos future is uncertain and Ashley Cole who will be 35. Maybe you should comment constructively instead of jumping on people for making a general informative post in the banter section.

Also forgot to mention Gael Etoch

Assuming we don't end up selling him I expect bruma to be there by them {Ed002's Note - Don't expect Bruma to return to Chelsea to play at all.}

Agree3 Disagree1

What do you mean like united?! I think the only good player to break through in the last 10 years is cleverley!

Agree5 Disagree4

Well said PB, you were thinking out loud and very interesting it was too.I don't think any lover of the Blues can ever be discribed as Ridiculous.Wish the pratt who jumped on you, would keep his muggy thoughts to himself.

Agree4 Disagree2

Im the 'prat' who 'jumped' on him. I will jump on him because time and time again people post line-ups for the future that are made up of players who cant get in a nightclub without getting their I.D. out. Why would John Terry not be starting for us at 36 but Chambolah would at 18/19? What will John Terry lose at that age that he has now? Pace? Decision Making? Reading the Game? Heading ability? Why are you even posting a line-up for 2014/2015? I'm bothered about the here and now, yes we're recruiting for the future but the chances of anyone predicting our starting line-up up for future seasons are slim to none! A few years ago you probably said our starting line-up for this season would have included Sinclair, Woods, Mancienne, Bruma, Kakuta, Hutchinson, Borini etc. You never know whats round the corner, players can leave, fade away, get injured etc.

I may have jumped down your throat a bit, but i think your line-up is way off!

Agree3 Disagree8

I no i said line up for 2014/2015 but i was just pointing out the players we have for the future and the positions that they play in. Im sorry but no CB in the premier league will play at the age of 36 , David Weir of Rangers is the only CB i can think of that is even slightly well known and he is playing in a very sub par league. We have bought for the future and have some "potentially" very good players for the future. Just so i don't upset anyone i shall choose my words better next time.

Where have all the vultures gone nw then with all there continuous negative digs over Torres? He is doing nothing wrong and I think that was clear to see against Leverkusen, nw lay off the guy and get behind him or go support City with all there Billions.

Believable14 Unbelievable6

Last season it was obvious we did not play in a way that suited Torres game. This season we have bought in players and a manager who will change the way we play and I belive Torres will shine, from what I have seen so far this season we seem to be heading in the right direction, I am quietly confident that come the end of the season we will be there or thereabouts in several competions, the more i see of AVB the more I am beliving that we at last have the right man at the helm, I think we may surprise a few people on Sunday and get all three points against utd.

Go and support city with all their billions.... where did your money players and success come from
