What will Chelsea do with ivanovic if they van der Weil? I think ivanovic plays well at right back. I know it's not his preferred position but with Alex, Terry, and luiz he will get more time at right back

Believable0 Unbelievable0

We need a more offensive player down that right hand side, Ivanovic is great defensively but going forward were lacking. Not to mention we have no out and out right winger either which leaves us pretty bare attacking wise down that right hand side. I suspect Ivanovic Will be rotated with VDW that's if we get him like.

I am a liverpool fan, you loved the news that chelsea got f.torres, now all u tits that watch chelsea and have never played the game be4, i can bet that 50% of you never even watched chelsea until the money man came in, this is a message to the real chelsea fan, f.torres will come good, u no it but the titts that after 16 games want to sell him, not a clue, all u titts want is if u don't play well in a few games sell and buy some one that in a few games u titts will be asking the same question,

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Do you have tourette syndrome or sumat fella? Never herd so many titts in my life. Anyway I am one of these true rare Chelsea fans that you speak of, and I no a fair amount about the beautiful game. Torres will arrive again I am sure of this! But we are not exactly providing him with the best of service at the moment. We lack a tremendous amount of creativity in midfield, but this is a problem that will hopefully be rectified during the summer period. It is then you will see the old Torres.

Hi is it possible to get the following players at chelsea i mean possible of a summer switch Neymar, HAmsikor FAbrgas, Aguero and Sanchez

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why in hell with Fabregas Join his bitter rivals?

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi ed. is there any chance tht chelsea might be interested in sanhez? {Ed002's Note - I will try and explain what I know to be correct and what is “rumoured” about Alexis Sanchez. We know that Chelsea and Inter Milan have made unsuccessful bids, and we know that Manchester United and Barcelona have a declared interest. Juventus had previously been interested but were hoping that (a) Sanchez stayed under the radar until a deal could be struck, and (b) Udinese would look kindly on an arrangement that included some cash and several players either in exchange, on loan or in part-ownership as part of the deal. As an aside Juventus have proposed a similar deal for Javier Pastore. Anyway, there was a January meeting with Chelsea in Monaco and broad agreement was reached over the transfer before Giampaolo Pozzo said that the deal must include a loan of the player back to Udinese. Whilst Barcelona were apparently willing to agree to this until the end of the season, Pozzo proposed that whoever Sanchez moved to should allow him to be loaned back for 18 months – hence the end of any discussions. I expect that Juventus will not come back in to the picture. Although Sanchez has been watched by numerous teams including Roma, there is nothing new other than Manchester City preparing a bid for the player as well. They have, like Juventus, recently been knocked back in a bid for Pastore and are likely to aim their cheque book in another direction – this may well be Sanchez. The advantage they have, in addition to being able to match any transfer fee, is the ability to put together a wage deal far beyond anything the other clubs could afford or would be willing to pay. I suspect that we will see this whole saga drag out through the summer transfer window as Pozzo puts the player on the market, takes him off the market, values him at €100M and so on. Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter will all likely remain interested but could well tire of the expected drawn-out negotiations. Manchester United and Chelsea were both originally wary of the player being not quite as robust as needs be for the EPL. Perhaps Inter will get their man or perhaps Sanchez will take an offer from Manchester City or respond positively to reported interest from the nice folks at Real Madrid.}

Is it true madrid have bid 75 mil euros for kun aguero EDS? {Ed001's Note - I very much doubt anyone would bid that much for a player who would be sold for less.}

Believable1 Unbelievable1

In order to get Kun a club must pay a maximum of 46milion euros as it meets the buy out clause plus tax.

Agree1 Disagree1

In his contract is a clause that he cannot join Madrid even if they match his buy out clause! And it is £39 million! {Ed002's Note - This is simply not true.}

Agree1 Disagree1

Am afraid it is.! !

I will share my views now. . .

Carlo said we will know in 1 week whether he is still there or not do we expect a decision before or after the Everton game ED. ?

Also he made a statement saying he will reveal why we had our dip in form in the winter. . what does he mean he will dish the dirt after he is sacked?

Further on the point i have heard Mata would prefer a move to chelsea rather then liverpool or city have u heard the same ED?

My last point is Neymar i am led to believe that one of his reps was in london discussing the deal this weekend and all talks went fine, And now a deal is expected to be finalised over the next 2-3 weeks.

Your views will be appreciated ED?

Blueblood. {Ed001's Note - there is no point me saying anything about who Mata would prefer because no one but him will know for sure who he favours. Anything reported in the media is guesswork and conjecture.}

I think if Ancelotti is sacked we should get Martin O'Neill. What do you think editor? {Ed001's Note - god no, he is terrible, he bickers with all his good players, no matter how tired someone is he won't drop them from his settled side, his tactics are terrible and that's his best points!}

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Lol well said Ed! Terrible suggestion, keep Carlo on, continuity is the key. That and a few world class creative midfielders.

Agree2 Disagree0

When will a decision be made carlo said we all will know in 1 week will if be before or after the game ED? {Ed001's Note - I would expect afterwards, it is hardly the kind of thing to deal with beforehand.}

Ed, yet another dissapointing performance today. No creativity coming from the midfield what so ever, How the hell is Torres suppose to score when he is getting zero service?? Your thoughts ed please this has gone on for to long now. {Ed001's Note - a lot was down to Benayoun and he had a poor game, but he has barely played this season, mostly due to injury. I am sure the issues will be sorted in the summer, now it is known the club cannot afford to rely on the kids as the only back up.}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I hope the problem is resolved in the summer like you say ed. I watch them every week an its the same exact boring performance more or less every time, we are so frustrating to watch there is just no creativity or entertainment value what so ever. We look like a team full of piano carriers in desperate need of some actual piano players, who can create and supply service to the likes of Torres ect, Tell me whats the point in having 2 of the best forwards in the world (Torres, Drogba) When there is no service being supplied to either of them. So frustrating to see and such a waiste of talent.

Agree1 Disagree0

Got to say In chelsea's defence that fernando Torres is lost.I am a huge Torres fan but I agree he's not getting the service but even on the odd occasion when he does, it looks like he has 2 left feet.At Liverpool he made things happen on his own and he looks far away from being that player.I think the Chelsea board need to make some huge decisions this summer, possibly even letting Torres go back home in exchange for aguero.I was told by a Liverpool reserve team player(just broke into the first team)that Torres had a huge bust up with gerrard and carragher and just wanted out asap.Can't see him getting back to his best, but really hope I'm wrong as I am a huge fan

Agree1 Disagree2

Me2 I don't believe we have seen the last of Torres, I mean how can a player that has done what he has just stop preforming at 27, It's just not natural is it? I stand by the old saying that class is permanent and form is only temporary. I think we all no what Torres is out of the 2.

How poor are we seriously!serious changes have to be made break the bank for modric sanchez neymar van der wiel and mata

Believable2 Unbelievable0

I agree did you watch us today? Yet again no creativity what so ever! We had to rely on 2 defenders to get us our goals from 2 set plays, Torres recieved absolutley no service what so ever and Lampard has to be starting from the bench hes gone!

Agree0 Disagree0

They certainly need some changes. They play to slow and lack creativity when attacking. Personally I think these problems have been very evident for most of the season. They need players like neymar, mata and Sanchez to create opportunities for our strikers.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree, we have looked a little clueless going forward most of the season, Torres needs service otherwise he's going to continue to struggle. We need atleast 4 young world class attacking players, forget the likes of Kaka if he can't do it in spain he won't do it in the prem and besides hes 29!

Chelsea first team next season:
Chech/Begovic
VDW/Ivanovic Alex/Luiz Terry/Bruma Cole/Bertrand

Essien/Mikel
Ramires/Rodwell Pastore/Benayoun

Neymar/Kalou Malouda/Kakuta
Torres/Sturridge
If chelsea ever want Torres to succeed they have to let go of Drogba.
Ed do you think this is a possible team for next season? {Ed001's Note - very possible.}

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Rodwell! why would you want yet another holding midfield in our team? we need attackers, creators, piano players not piano carriers! geeeez whats it guna take to get through to people.

Agree0 Disagree0

Drogba should not be sold, he has 2 good seasons left in him and he is a great sub to have and bring on. Torres will score week in week out if you supply him with the service but at the moment Chelsea arent doing that as there is no creativity in midfield what so ever. Think of it this way, imagine Torres in the Barcelona team do you think he'd be the same player???

Agree0 Disagree0

Kalou, seriously?

Just found a article at talkSPORT that Chelsea are prepare to make a 20m bib to bring Mata from Valencia. . got any info on that ed?. . thanks

Chelsea fan from El Salvador n USA {Ed002's Note - Chelsea a re very interested in Mata. The story is correct. Valencia may be preparing for life after Mata by lining up Elia as a replacement. Although there is some interest from Liverpool and it would not be entirely out of the question that the club could move for the player, I suspect he may end up elsewhere with interest being shown by Chelsea, Manchester City and I suspect Barcelona will become interested at some point.

Thanks ed. . appreciate what you're doing, and I hope we can reach an agreement with neymar too. . Chelsea fan from El Salvador n USA. .

Any idea when the new away kit is out ED?

Blueblood {Ed001's Note - I don't sorry, unusual for it to be left so late these days, they usually bring out the kits in time to catch the end of season boom in football interest.}
