I wouldn't mind a draw in the Liverpool v Man U game, I don't want Liverpool to win but at the same time I want to hault Utd winning run

The perfect result really, plus City losing really dented their title hopes.

Yep, man city beat Spurs next week and we beat hull, maybe a draw with Liverpool and we are laughing, every pundit says Chelsea still got to play city, pool, Utd, Arsenal and the wheels could come off, but the way I see it is we are top by a few points, and they all have to play each other as well as us - bring them on.

Niklas Sule has officially signed for Bayern Munich on a five-year deal, so I guess we can forget about him.

A moment for Alonso please.

I've seen him take a load of flack. I have no idea why?

He had a wand of a left foot, works like a horse, and adds height to our team.

Absolute class. A brilliant signing.

Wand of a left foot? I agree with the other points but despite scoring 2 yesterday his shooting is pretty awful on the whole, he's missed a lot of chances. The first goal was with his right foot too!

Stick him in a back four and he's probably awful but credit where it's due, he fits the formation really well and having a left footed player on the left side brings so much balance to our play.

I'll stand by that, check out his free kicks and his long passes / crosses. He finds his man far more than most.

Well said Nathswindon, the guy is class, his record in our side speaks for itself. How could anyone doubt him? 1 defeat at Spurs and won every other game he has played in! Ake is now good cover for him as well. We probably need a bit of cover on the other side though, Antonio of west ham would be nice to cover or compete with Moses.

Neil Ashton's article today is outrageous and potentially libel.

Just read it, it's quite laughable really! Not at one point does he give a single credible source for any of the information in this article.
The Sun is a terrible newspaper, I'm just going to take anything I read with a pinch of salt until we get anything concrete from either Costa, Conte or the club itself.

That's what I hate about the arrogant press. They kick up a fuss about the government trying to surpress their powers, coming out with the old chestnut about "freedom of the press". No one has any objection to a newspaper printing the truth, the problem is they print stories that are not true, absolute rubbish and downright lies. The editors and the journalists have an arrogance and feeling of power, that they can destroy or manipulate who they like by printing untruths. If I was a millionaire I would start up a paper, and print stories about the editors and the journalist and let them see how it feels. Make up stories about their private life's, plant a few seeds, destroy a few life's.
