I decided to visit cobham today and try to meet some players and get some autographs. Although I managed to see the entire squad apart from hazard and courtois, only 3 stopped to talk and give an autograph ( Cahill, Zouma and Baba Rahman ). I was wondering whether this is common or due to our poor form and low morale. The last time I tried was against Sunderland on the last day and no one was allowed anywhere near the players. Has anyone been to cobham and had a lot of players stop?

Haven't had the pleasure of going there, but pretty awesome for you that you went! :-)
Man, I love Zouma. Must be great to have seen him up close.

It was a great experience and i'd recommend it. I was a bit starstruck at first because within 10 mins fabregas and matic had gone past and then zouma gave me an autograph. It was good to see him up close but he was sat down in a car so hard to see how much of a unit he is!

I was going to say, seeing him on TV is one thing but seeing him in person would be mighty impressive.

Mourinho is a dinosaur. The times have caught up with him. Only knows one way of playing, which is not pretty. Wouldn't be surprised if he's gone before November.

I wonder was this your opinion when we walked the league last year not to mention a cup win to boot you can't win the league every year

If mourinho is a dinosaur that makes Wenger a dinosaurs great grandad :-).
The holes in your defence were there last year but especially in the first half of the season your attacking players were so effective at punishing any team that left the slightest gap in their defence few dare try to attack you with any real intent.
Your defensive strengths were exaggerated by many last season simply because they had such little pressure to cope with, once Hazard and Fabregas get going again magically Cahill and Terry will look solid again.

"You can't win the league every year" yeah, but going from champions to being one of the worst teams in the league is just pathetic.

G62 you come on here a lot which I find strange. Are you a closet Chelsea fan? You may well win at the weekend but sadly for you lot, it matters not, as Man City will win the league. What will you win? And when we come back, as we always do, we won't see you again. sad fucker

Gunner brings up a valid point. Teams aren't afraid of us at this moment and that's not helping. Usually, 'smaller' teams would sit back and try to hit us on the counter. But their main priority would be to defend. Now they know they can actually take the game to us and get 3 points, which makes our games even harder. We have to regain that fear factor. It would help us a lot.
A good result against Maccabi would be a good start.

Jackson your logic sounds backwards although our match results are bad, we want teams to attack us that's how Jose mainly sets up- to counter. We have struggled to break down teams that sit back since Jose's return and we definitely don't want teams putting 11 behind the ball.

Yes you carry on G62, you always talk sense and are always fair. Ignore JkB, you are always welcome on this page. People should look on the Arsenal banter page, to see what a good banter page should be like.

Bluelab, I think teams now start the game thinking they can definitely get the win. That gives them confidence and you can be sure a team plays better when confident. Maybe I phrased it poorly, but we need that fear factor back.

Thanks Sid Hazard 54 and Jackson appreciate your comments lads, JkB the only way Saturdays result will affect me not posting is if we happen to win which obviously I desperately want to happen but should we lose (again:-( I will have no problems at all with posting ane congratulating you all what so ever.

Ok I understand, you're talking about what use to always happen when teams came to the bridge, they didn't really believe they could get a result. Well as you said, the only way to get that back is a run of dominance in results.
