If the luiz to barca rumours are true then I think if we hold them to ransom.dani alves or thiago plus cash or £35m,I think this is good business.I am a huge fan of ivanovic and see him as a better defender than luiz.There is no doubt luiz has quality but I don't think it's defending,I think he looks more comfortable going forward.Maybe Defensive midfield,where is is not making rash tackles as last man in and around the box.I think in a DM role he can become a better player,but in defence he has my heart pounding when he attempts a challenge.

Although he may be very good at his job, I thought everybody (especially CFC fans), hated Dani Alves. I personally would never want to see him in Chelsea Blue.

Yea hea not liked by chelsea but niether was ashley cole! If u have a chance of a player like that u need to take it hes arguably best rb in the world

Its different being a right back at barcelona than at chelsea. they have so much of the ball he is the oppositions half more than his own. That wouldnt be the case here. He would be completely exposed defensively playing for us.

Who else got that feeling that was Drogba last game at the bridge! Why would u risk him 2-0 up with 30mins left when u got the biggest game in our history coming up! u just Dnt do that unless u give him a send off infront of the home fans! I will miss this bloke simply the best
