This is the first time I have posted on this site since the PSG game at home at the start of the year. After watching that game I came on here and got slaughtered because I basically said that this team will not go forwards even if we are to win the league because the style of football we play, negative tactics and the lack of freedom for players who in my eyes have the potential to be absolute world beaters in a different system. I said that Mourinho will not take this team forward as he is to stubborn to change the way he does things even if it's quite clear for all to see. I do not doubt the mans ability as a manager but he has not changed with the times and still continues to play football that was successful years ago but is highly unsuccessful now. I did not say sack him back then all I said was watch this team decline and watch our big players leave for a more attractive style of football. One of those two has happened a lot faster than I expected and I can guarantee unless there is a change the later will happen pretty soon also unless there is a change in personal or somehow someone can manage to get Mourinho to change his ways (lol) . I have kept my mouth shut for a long time and watched our team and club crumble rapidly since the start of the season on and off the pitch. If you look back to that post I made after the PSG defeat you will see people who disagreed with me then who now are calling for Mourinhos head in recent times and asking for a change of tactics. Funny.

I've been in this forum for a few years now, but I hardly post now because anything you said that doesn't praise Mou you get slandered, but I have said it time over time that Mou (very unfortunate) in a bit part time Coarch not a long time one, He said it himself that if in 2-3 years the like of Ake, Baker and doesn't make it to 1st team he is a failure, whom amongst them is nearing the 1st team, MOU OUT SIMPLE.

Mourinho has basically admitted he has lost the dressing room and the players have betrayed him in the post match interview. What my question is why does he keep playing the same players who don't care about him when there's hungry ones who want to play.

It's a big decision now though it's either you start to sell the players or you sack Jose. I can't stick up for Jose while he keeps on playing the same players who don't want to fight for him. Top 6 is probably gone now so anything apart from relegation is a bonus. But what I do want to see is the actual young and hungry players who want to play for Jose to START! RLC, Traore and Kenedy to name a few. And for goodness sake please start playing Remy the lads a proven goalscorer.

I would give him one more match. Put oscar, matic, fabregas, willian, terry, on bench. Start youngsters! I really don't give a toss about the oeague as long as we don't get relegated.

It looks like players are not trying anymore. We all blamed costa and it actually looks like he is the only one who isntrying hardest! Yes azpi were playing bad yesterday but terry can easily come to help him for second goal rather than standing like a clown!

This Chelsea side are so frustrating to watch. At first I felt for Jose as the players wasn't playing for him, but he has done absolutely nothing to change it. He could give the young lads a run out, but no! I will just stick with the same team that isn't working for me. The only player out there today giving the all was Matic. Other players are just happy to watch the game pass them by, JT included! Not normally one to call for a managers head, but I can't wait for Jose to go. Bring someone in who is going to fire the players up and get the most out of our attacking players.
Bring Carlo and Ray Wilkins back!

Not impulse. I have told you Jose will not change our situation but all of you are blinded by his created hype. he is not a good manager to build a team that can dominate or an a pealing brand. he is short term manager. told you we will not get top 4 along time ago. now wait for relegation fight if you guyz are still blind. he needs to go and now.

In the 2nd half, we have seen the attacking potential of this team- we were utterly dominant and on another day could have had 3 or 4 goals. Sadly we only seem to let this attacking mentality out after we have conceded two and then when we get back into the game, face a team just parking the bus and looking to waste time whenever possible (which at a scoreline like 2-1 is fair enough in my view. As such, although I like Jose, I want us to bring in an attacking manager. The squad is built for attacking not defending. In addition, we should be ensuring Ivanovic gets no new contract and we start blooding in RLC, Aina and Musonda.

How could we have had 3 or 4 goals with so few shots on goal? How many clear cut chances did we create? It was summed up by Willian down the left in the 94th minute, crossing, AND WE HAD 2 PLAYERS IN THE BOX!

I think we were watching different games. Once again side to side football. Absolute rubbish. Some players out there should be embarrassed to take there wages. Thought Dave was awful and to blame for being to narrow on both goals. Matic was terrible. Costa worked hard and tried.
Can someone explain what's happening with hazard, has all the signs of someone who wants out. As for creating chances we had two good chances we should have scored but apart from that another unconvincing display.

Forgot to mention we are showing all the signs that are too good to be relegated.

Iv actually gone passed the stage of been pissed off every game I'm just bemused and worried now that we actually can't seem to score or win for the life of us . Is it me or does our great leader Jose seem absolutely lost . First player out the gap in January has to be Oscar can't believe we sold mata and kept Oscar.

Oscar did not even shed a sweat and looked like he was playing at school in the playground.

Oscar and Pedro would be the first to be out for me.

Azpi has been awful today.

He promised to play the youngsters but so far on matter the performance of the senior boys they have not really been given a chance to proud themselve. How can we be this terrible?

I'd love to no what Rubén loftus cheek done he isn't getting a sniff he couldn't be worse than Ramires Oscar or fabregas not to mention the oh so poor matic.

We need the ruthless Abramovic back, he needs to take action before it's too late.

Not only Mata but a certain Romelu Lukaku who now has 51 goals in 101 games!

I actually haven't witnessed a Chelsea side play such slow and poor football in such a long time. It seems they have run out of ideas. They are asleep.

I think it's safe to say Jose doesn't have a plan, we are crap at the moment.

Why does Ivanovic always wait until the defender is too close before he tries to cross?

14 Dec 2015 20:42:20
We are running around like headless chickens, there is no game plan. How can Willian score 6 goals from free kicks and cannot put a corner across? Nearly half time and we have not had a shot!

14 Dec 2015 21:27:55
I was thinking that about ivanovic myself he can't cross his legs and Willian is so poor again he scored a few free kicks and they were saying he's our best player by a mile this year no he's not he offers nothing going forward.

Matic is suspended for first leg. Ideal scenario - Sign Stones and move Zouma to defensive midfield.

We aren't targeting too many guys that aren't already cup tied. Stones is one of the only guys I can think of.

In the "who do we sell" email Oscar and Fabregas and the ones not required with Costa and Pedro right behind; overall I don't think too many would grumble. The controversial ones being Willian and Hazard. I don't think there is any chance of the former going but we should possibly expect action around Hazard. A great player BUT this season there is an air about him that makes me think his time with us is over and providing JM has a significant input into the targets, the money we obtain if he goes would benefit us greatly.

14 Dec 2015 14:22:40
who you going to get to replace hazard then? Try and be realistic of who we could bring in who's a better player than hazard? I would love to see how you think that's feasible, if we sell hazard for say 80 million? If you'd like a better player than hazard then your looking to pay more than that as the likes of Neymar, messi, ronaldo are way too expensive. why replace a player if you can't get a better player in? Baffled.

Agree1 Disagree1

14 Dec 2015 14:31:13
So you're saying you would be OK with Jose or the board selling Hazard, while keeping some (I didn't say all) that should go before him, to replace him with who. It would be interesting to see what that team looks like.

14 Dec 2015 16:15:58
He's a great player, but not irreplaceable.

Rues and Greizzman are two players in the same bracket who are obtainable.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea quite rightly walked away from a deal for Reus a year ago - as I you were told.}

14 Dec 2015 19:45:13
I never said 'get rid' of Hazard it came up as a possible and with rumours about family in England, Real Madrid being interested and an atmosphere between him and Mourinho there is a very good chance he will depart. As much as I like him he is nowhere near the class of Neymar, Messi or Ronaldo, this season I think he has been predictable. For the money we get for him I am sure we could produce a better balanced team. We will never go near Reus and Griezmann would just be another piece in a bigger jigsaw. I do think Teixeira is in our plans sooner rather than later and Alexandre Pato was at Stamford Bridge last week.
