Great game today. Congrats to Costa on his first hattrick, may it be the first of many in Blue.
On a side note what do you guys think about the rumours of Mario Gotze? Personally I think he's a great player and if he leaves Bayern, I'd love him at Chelsea. But I don't think he's the type of player that JM will like. Seems more of a Mata/Ozil player.
And onto Ronaldo. I'm undecided. He's a fantastic player and he scores plenty of goals but it'd most likely mean either Hazard or Schurrle would need to leave.

Have to give Ramires a mention today. I was one who thought he should be sold in the summer, but thought his energy gave us something more in second half. I do think the 4-3-3 let's us play better football.

Absolutely agree. People on him were too harsh on him last year. Put him in a 4-3-3 and he is brilliant.

Yes, was at the game and was immensely pleased to see Ramires out on the pitch at half time warming up amid the sprinklers -- he made a vast difference to our completely controlling midfield in second half, together with more dominant Matic (who was brushed off ball couple of times in first half), . Ram may not always be the greatest passer in the game, buy he always offers and energy and commitment that often really buoys up those around him. We are going to need him in all/most of the big games, to add ball winning ability to that of Matic. when Schurrle was on one wing in the first half, Hazard on other, Oscar/Fabregas combo struggled to dominate. With Ramires on and Matic playing more robustly, we were dominant and it allowed Hazard/Fabregas/Oscar/Costa, and later Salah and Remy, pretty sure platform to demonstrate range of wonderful interchanging stuff that had Swansea defense hypnotized. some of our best football since first half against Hull at start of last season. Back four still looks a bit wobbly though, and caught for pace by Swansea on numerous occasions. But wonderful game to be at, and credit the visitors for wanting to play football and getting on top for large parts of first half.

Terrible first half, hazard came into game and Ramires changed it completely. Then you have a goalscorer (s) who put chances away it's brilliant
