I think if ancelotti went it would prob be riijkard
the good things about him
hes available
he speaks very good english
hes been at the biggest club in the world with the best players in the world
hes played in one of the best teams in the world with a couple of ex chelsea managers
dutch footballers in the main r a success for us (hasslbaink, gullit, hiddink, robben, monkou, )
if we do get players like aguero, asanchezetc then they speak spanish which riijkard has no problem speaking
he plays the so called "sexy football" abramovich craves
hes good with youngsters as all dutch are
and who else is there unless u go backwards to mourinho which wiuld be a bad idea becaise
arguments with the owner
doesnt play good football no matter how u spin it
already had success here so any less and wud br criticized straight away
plus he is not good at bringing youngsters through
an example of this is sergio camales and pedro lean at madrid who have been frozen out
he would rather use old players he said in an interview once that he trusts them more

I think the youngsters should get more starts. i don't see why they don't start they are clearly good enough, just look how good sturridge is doing

Josh McEachlen is the future of football. He will play in the first team next year either in the centre with Lampard or on the left. {Ed002's Note - I think there is a good chance he will be out on loan next year to gain experience.}
