Hope we get Luis at LB. He will be a steady signing.
Also if we can get another striker, for me it would have to be one of Baloteli, Reus or Cavani. It really needs to be a world class CF to end our striking woes. Then we can put Schurrle up there if needed, if either Costa our one of the other strikers are out.
Then in CM we need either a Pogba or a Kederia to play alongside Matic.
Wouldn't mind Atus getting the loan to West ham that's been rumoured, at least that way we can see what he is all about week in and out.
Can't wait for the new season, it's looking good already! Keep the faith men that our leader will make the right signings.

Watching the Brazil game and how anyone can say Oscar is "not good enough" is beyond me. He is just 22 and so good, only going to get better in my eyes.

P.S. We still need Pogba though, the more the merrier. :)

I'm coming to grips with reality, Pogba to Chelsea won't happen. Hopefully Loftus-Cheek can eventually be integrated in the first team. I think he could become just as special as Pogba. He's tall, strong, he's got touch and skill. He's the youngster I most want to see in the first team.

Chalobah too should be integrated into the first team.

Phil Thompson's article on Slysports is the reason I hate Liverpool. Also laughing at how much Suarez went for. First Liverpool fans were claiming £90m or £60m + Sanchez then £75m. He ends up going for just shy of £65m. Love it.

Just typical Liverpool fans really haha. Still can't get over the Liverpool fans who were supporting Uruguay over England just because of Suarez. Bet they don't feel too smart now.

Did you not notice, from where your heads were obviously up your own backsides, that there were a lot more Liverpool players in the England team? Ozil Ramsey Walcott cazorla giroud or lallana lambert countinho and a past it gerrard, hate Liverpool with a passion. Must admit I don't like Liverpool, only because when I was growing up they were always the number one team and always beat us. Don't forget they could have sold Suarez for 40 mil last season, ended up nearly winning the league and getting an extra 32 mil for someone who is banned until October. That's good business in my book. Let's wait and see what players the top teams sign, and how they turn out before we pass judgement. Some of the comments on these sites, not only ours, must make embarrassing reading for most supporters.

Good point sid, think too many people get caught up in rival-bashing. Liverpool have done well to get shot of Suarez, but I'm not sure it's wise they buy the entire Southampton team with the proceeds.

Still, better than being an Arsenal fan :P

Ed001 you are the only Liverpool fan I've come across that talks with a lot of realistically and sensibly. So I take everything you say with a pinch of salt.
Be honest its unbelievable some stuff liverpool fans say, they are so full of it I find my self wondering if they watch a different game. Lallana better than Fabregas? Sanchez not good enough now cause he turned you guys down? Lovren is now the best defender in the league cause you guys are linked with him? I could go on but my point is probably made. It so unbelievable, apparently everyone you guys have signed or being linked with is better than every other player in the league, there is nothing in being Fickle atimes cause we are all fans, but it is taken to a whole new level. Regin insults on other clubs then when they get stuck play the "we have history" card. Yeah ancient history. You all say Chelsea play negative football and your manager said defending a lead is easy, if you guys could manager that for just to games you would have won the league but blew it big time. mi really can't wait to see how you guys fair this season, in all fairness I think you'll give it a good go but I can see BR crumbling under the pressure to replicate without the count, Suarez.

I do prefer Lallana to Fabregas, but I don't rate Fabregas, nothing to do with who they play for. I have always found Fabregas to have problems with his positional sense and movement. He was played in a free role by Arsene to make up for his lack of any idea how to press or work off the ball to help out his team. That is why Barca got rid, he simply doesn't suit how they play, with their team pressing game. I am surprised at Jose, as he is not really his type of player either. Still, you can't argue with Jose, he has proven he knows what he is doing time and time again.

As for Lovren, I think anyone could see he was excellent last season and one of the best defenders in the Prem. Thing that impressed me about him was his ability to carry a partner, something that Terry also does particularly well. There are better defenders, but they are aging, such as Distin, so would not be better signings.

As for the insults, I don't really care to get involved with those, I have friends and/or family involved with a number of clubs I don't support, so I really don't get the hatred thing. People seem to think of football as tribal warfare, when it is just a game. If you look around, there are just as many idiots in every fanbase, it is just you tend to ignore the ones who follow your team when you can! All fans are fickle, no matter what the team they follow is. To try and single out one particular team's is just silly, as it is the same across every fanbase. Unfortunately, we live in a world where everyone wants everything now and whines like slapped 5 year olds if it doesn't happen exactly as they wanted it.}

I did know that there were more Liverpool players in the England squad than Uruguay, but surely that makes it even worse that there were Liverpool fans supporting Uruguay just because of Suarez. I know you eds are against twitter, so I'm guessing you don't use it, but there were plenty of accounts made by Liverpool fans supporting Uruguay and Suarez over England and celebrating his goals. Quite a few of these seem to have gone now, not surprisingly. Just found the whole thing a bit daft considering Suarez had been at Liverpool for 3/4 years. To support a country over your own, or one with more of your players, based on one player seemed ridiculous to me, but their choice at the end of the day.

Not that surprised, I am sure there are many Scottish, Irish and Welsh Liverpool supporters, who would always support England's opponents, no matter how many Liverpool players in the team. Not to mention their massive worldwide support.

Yeah that does account for some, but I was aware of people who were english doing the same. Think its quite a popular thing to think of themselves as scouse not english, that's what a few of the accounts were called, or stuff based around that. Seems daft to me, especially as someone I know who had been retweeting these accounts wasn't even scouse haha.
