Well against QPR on saturday .....
we dont require more physical presence....
hence i will prefer mikel sitting on bench..
n would like ramires and lampard both starting for pivot role....
may be lot of you guys wiould say both lampard n ramires are too much attack minded and hence will cause problem for our defence.....
but guys both had two good games each while playing for their respective countries....
if they can do that job for their respective countries i am sure they can do for us chelsea fc......
i guess for saturday cole n terry both are doubtfull but again that wont be a problem as we have enough cover for them....
may be we will see marin/moses making their debut and having few mins on pitch...
---------------------cech--------------------
ivanovic-----cahill---------luiz----bertnand
-------------ramires------lampard----------
---------------------oscar-------------------
-mata-------------------------------hazard-
---------------------torres-------------------
subs: turnbull,azplicueta,cole,mikel,marin,moses,sturridge
i am going for 3-1 win for chelsea fc...
goal each for- lampard, torres and mata!!

My team for the weekend would be
Cech
Azpilicueta Cahill Luiz Bertrand
Ramires Mikel
Moses Oscar Hazard
Torres
Taking out Lamps and Mata due to potential fatigue, and putting Moses and Azpilicueta in because they should be fresh and ready to go. I am also assuming that Terry and Cole are still out.
I doubt this team will be the one on show but i really hope that Oscar and Azpilicueta start.

Completely agree jm10. He looked class in preseason and from what I've heard looked really class in training. The one thing I will say is he has to stay healthy. Last year he was out for a big portion but he could be very good.

If he stays fit he will be bargain of all signings

Totally agree with tk and jm10 however for a player thats had so many injury problems hes still class where as most injury struck players are poor after injuries

In my opinion Cahill should be rated above both Jagielka and Lescott.

Definitely higher than Jagielka anyway.

Theres a lot wrong with the England team. Cahill and walker should start, as should Sturridge and welbeck. Those two made a huge impact on the game. Defoe was awful
Jordan

Lescott looks so uncomfortable on the ball even when he makes a 6 yard pass and Jagielka just gives it away

Cahill is one of the best defenders in the league, I rate him very very highly.

So we only play 10 players? You do realise trying to be funny you've basically put up a classic two banks of 4?
Plus Mata and Hazard always play unless injured or something, so no, that's not our formation.

Bit late but just watched brazil n china highlights... One thing I love about Oscar hes so unselfish.. He would set everyone goal if he could, team b4 him self! Quialty for someone so young! We get him n hazard together couple of years we will destroy!

I have seen KDB play. The guy is just brilliant. He has so much potential and does posses a killer through ball.I am very impressed by his displays so far.He has created some good chances for them which their players have failed to capitalize on.A very very promising player.

Does anyone suspect that Oriol Romeu's apparent 'buy-back' situation makes it difficult for Roberto Di Matteo to become overly reliant upon his regular inclusion in Chelsea's line-up this season?
Believable5
Unbelievable4
Yer i agree mate i think end of next season is the final time they can buy him back so if thats the case we could be waiting 2 more seasons too see him regulary but then again they have busquets and song now so i would be surprised if they want him back
curt
Agree3
Disagree2
It's a shame if this is the situation as the lad has bags of potential and sitting on the bench every week can't be good for him. Is he able to play in the u21's? I guess it's the same problem though as if he impresses in those games will Barca come sniffing anyway. I don't like to slate current players but his vision in the dm role is 1000x better than Mikel's. Makes our play so much more fluid and unpredictable for the opposition.
Marley
Agree2

Spot on there mate it really is a hard one for the club to play him
surely busquets and song is enough for barcalona but who knows
curt
Agree2
Disagree1
They do have the option to buy him back but that is on the condition that he wants to go back ... which ive got to say i dont think he would want to ... doesnt play Barca style football and wont play !!
Agree0
Disagree0
Thing is he aint gunna wanna stay if he aint played. BLUEBOY1
Agree0
Disagree0
I would play him rather than worry about potential down the road issues. First off barca have busquets song and even mascherano who can all play in that role. Then you have to think we will make a decent profit if they do decide to buy him back. With all that said I play him if I feel he's the best player or the job.
Tk
Agree0
Disagree0
Surely they wouldnt have bought song if they had the option to buy romeu back after another season... i think we're safe lads {Ed002's Note - They cannot simply demand the player back. If Chelsea make the player available for sale either this summer or next then Barcelona, with the agreement of the player, take take him at a fixed fee.}
Agree0
Disagree0
Ed002 barca are trying too deny thats the deal though arent they ?
i saw it on romeu's wiki that the choice was if we sell they get first refusal but apparently barca come out and said no thats not the case end of this season they can buy him back for 7-9 mill and next season 13-15 mill
but im taking your word on it because your right about everything else
curt {Ed002's Note - It is as I explained.}
Agree0
Disagree1
Thought so iv heard too many different versions of his contract you are the most reliable
curt
Agree0

Maybe RDM wanted to wait until Essien and Meireles left to unleash Romeu. RDM is very careful with his man management and it's my opinion that he is avoiding conflict and playing Oriol over the two aforementioned names could be offensive.

well brazil thrashed poor china by 8-0....
luiz ,ramires and oscar all started .......
all three had good game....
ramires showed again he is more than capable of playing in pivot role and scored a fantastic goal.....
luiz the leader of brazil in the match showed some strong defensive display......
while oscar aahh the boy again showed what a talent he is.....
he showed he is true no 10 with four assists.....
he has that final killer passing ability....
only thing which he likes is the finishing quality infront of goal when required but i guess it will improve n he will get better n better ....
i would really like oscar getting no 10 spot in chelsea and ramires falling in deep midfield role rather than on RW......

In respect of Oscar glad he had a good game and surprised you criticize he's finishing cause he is actually a good finisher with what I've seen. Alsop glad to hear Rami played in the pivot, and Luiz did well defensively. Can't ewait for saturday, wee are gonna trash QPHaha.
