Guys do you think if we part exchanged Mata for Khedira (excuse spelling), that it would benefit the team? Personally I don't think he is all that. When you watch him for Real he loses the ball a lot. Pogba or Matic would be the best option. Guess we will see, one thing is for sure, we need a new general!

Mata's still our best player in my opinion and he needs to play behind etoo or torres. Jose can't expect him to be world class in his first game after being dropped for like three weeks. I agree about Khedira though I think Pogba or Matic would be better we need some physicality in the middle, I think we should sell Luiz and Ba and fund a move for one of Matic or Pogba or even Matuidi who's out of contract soon.

The £30m+ we would get for mata could purchase a player like pogba or gundogan who I would much prefer to khedira.

I'd quite happily sell mata in order to buy pogba or gundogan or someone else with a similar skill set. We've got plenty of attacking midfielders, not enough top central midfielders. I've said it before and I'll say it again, as long as we play Lampard in cm, we'll have problems as he offers next to nothing on the pitch.

If Mata ends at any other club in the PL, then he would come back and haunt us. He plays the perfect No.10 role like Ozil or rooney, He isn't a pacy player, he never was.

I could very easily see a great deal of turnover in the next year. I think courtois will either be our #1 next year or he will be sold. At defense I think shaw will most likely come in and wouldn't be shocked if ashley left considering his big wages and you must consider we have pva and Bertrand waiting in the wings. I personally dot understand why cezar isn't our first choice right back as he offers much more than ivanovic but I imagine he will either be first choice soon or be sold. I can't get over the fact that I think Luiz's days are numbered and if they get the right bid they will sell him and bring in a top flight centre half. In the midfield I think it's pretty clear lampard and essiens days are numbered. I imagine chalobah will be integrated next year and van ginkel will be back from injury. I also imagine that we will make a purchase in this department to bolster things. I wouldn't be surprised to see Romeu get sold as well as McEachran as sad as it is to say it. In the attacking midfield I think the writing is on the wall as far as Juan mata. It's clear jose doesn't favor him and he's got too much value to sit on the bench when you can use his transfer fee to buy a top class player. I think the club will do what they can to sell Moses and Marin ASAP but I think we will see atsu get integrated as a right winger in the next year because he has a ton of pace and he's left footed. Up front I think ba will get sold in the winter. I personally didn't think we need another centre forward as lukaku is ready but jose does like playing two up front when were chasing a game so I could see him bringing someone in. Overall this could be a much changed chelsea side in a years time.

I agree with most of your Points.
1. Luiz won't generate 35 mill which barca offered him last seasons. Unbelievble, we rejected that offer.
2. Mata, What has he done wrong, 20 ood league goals, with 20+ assists last seasons, He was unbleivble. What a load of rubbish is this?, He doesn't track back?. why should a striker and ACM track back when they are supposed to score and cerate goals for you?
If your DM and CM is good enough, You need not require drogba to be a defender.
I am not expert in football, But that's pure stuppidity.
3. We were playing some beautiful football, and now we are labled as Counter attcking teams?
4. Yes we need a strong CB, We also need a good LB.
5. Everyone here were moaning of lampard not given a new contract, And now all of sudden he needs to be gone.
Jose is well known of his arroggance, I hardly care, But we need results, dominant performance, and we should have been sitting top of the league By now.
