I think of all the players Ed mentioned in the Sharkopod the one I'm most excited by us having interest in is Bernadaschi (or however that is spelled haha) seen him play only once or twice ill admit, but he seems to be ideal for that right forward position. Would be great to have an attacking player with a good left foot, and his definitely fits the bill from what I've seen. Seems to have a good shot on him. Really struggling to think of the last one we had. There mush have been someone since Robben, but I'm struggling to recall one.

Anyone seen any more of him than I have that could add to my observations?

Bertrand Traore is a left footed attacker with a good shot actually. So I'd prefer giving him a shot.
I haven't seen Bernardeschi play though, and Youtube comps are worthless in assessing a player's level.

I understand what your saying but I think our approach should be 1st team 11 only now. We have squad depth in every position (Aina, Zouma, Ake, Chalobah, Loftus-Cheek, Fabregas, Willian, Boga, Musonda, Bats, Abrahams etc) .

If we want a WB it should be Alaba/ Aurier, CB Van Dijk, CM Verratti or Bakayoko, Wing Dembele or Greizmann and ST Dybala.

We have a lot of fringe players leaving and being sold in the next 6 months i. e. : Ivanovic, Mikel, Oscar, Terry, Van Ginkle etc we will have the funds to be in for the class of player mentioned above.

Gotta be honest Jackson, I'm embarrassed to admit, I forgot BT. He's at Ajax this year, right? I haven't really heard much about him, hope he's doing well.

The issue I have with the players that you listed, Zouma, is that none of them are left footed, which other than Bertie, I don't think any of our young forwards who are nearing the age where they may realistically begin getting significant minutes are. That's why I think Bernadeschi could be great. Plus, Griezemann and Dybala going from things ed has said aren't worth holding our breath over, and apart from those guys I'm really struggling to think of a left footed player who is of a level significantly better than what I saw in my (admittedly brief) view of Bernadeschi.

I agree with Zouma89 on this. We've good depth and great potential in our squad. If we are going to add to it then we should be looking for players at the top of the game.
