Do you know what I completely agree with Musonda on his recent comments. We let De Bruyne slip through our fingers because he knew himself how good he was and he wasn't given the chance. Musonda is extremely talented especially if given the chance to play with better players. Willian isn't good enough he has no end product he should be dropped even if Musonda is on the bench he should be brought on for twenty minutes.

Christensen has had a run of games and now people are convinced he should start over Luiz he's that good. It's unbelievable how much a bit of gametime will show how good a player is.

Chelsea are clearly a club that 'do it their way' and frustrating as it is, it is not something just introduced. Under RA we have operated differently to most of the big clubs with our youth and transfer policy and any current youngster at the club would have grown up knowing that. As much as I sympathise with Musonda I do not think that was a smart move especially as he is involved rather than out on loan again and the club and one Antonio Conte are not going to be impressed. Now, after creating a good early impression, do not be surprised that he is off on loan again at Christmas.

I don't completely blame Musonda. I think Chelsea should have a good plan for this kind of talent. He really should be playing a bit more.
Like u said, the kid believes so much in his ability.

Trouble is what is Chelsea's youth policy? .
If it is to bring them in then develope them and feed them into the first team then we are not doing a fantastic job. However how many youth players have we had that you could say hand on heart were good enough to go into the first team in the last ten years. Ones that have left and been a success. That's right at best one, but none spring to mind. It's in the last year or so that a couple I was sorry to see go, Chalobah and Ake.
As I said what is there policy, if it is to take young players, develope them, loan them out and then when realising they won't cut it sell them for a good price. Then perhaps they are doing a good job.
This is just my opinion, but puts a different slant on Chelsea's youth policy.

Sometimes you don't fight, you don't elicit a response and you don't get what you deserve. Musonda has just fought, I hope the best for him (though his medium of communicating his worries might not be the best way) . I wish in the end he gets more playing time.

I guess Christensen fought when his agent (his father) said earlier that, 'He won't be used as barter and he won't sit on the bench'; today he's playing and we are seeing how good he is. We.

KDB expected a starting berth when we had the likes of Mata, Hazard and Oscar ahead of him. Possibly even Willian, although I can’t remember if Willian was bought before or after he was sold. Regardless, he wasn’t prepared to put the hard graft into earning a spot in the team.

KDB left after Mourinho signed Willian. There's no one but Mourinho to blame for losing KDB.

With the international break almost over we must not take Crystal Palace lightly this coming weekend. Although they have been dreadful so far this season, this could be the type of game to change their fortunes. And that's something we cannot let happen, I always feel more nervous about these games than any others.

We play to our ability and we win, it's as simple as that. Missing Kante and Morata is a huge blow, but against Crystal Palace we should be more than ok.

Hopefully we see Drinkwater soon, as he would be very useful while Kante is out injured.

It’s unusual for me but I’ve got a bad feeling about this weekends game!
Hope I’m wrong!

Yeah I'm worried about the game at the weekend as well. No Kante or Morata, two players who are crucial to our play style and we don't have same level of quality to replace them on the bench. I'd be surprised if Palace don't score but hopefully Hazard can run rings around their defenders. Hope Luiz starts in midfield with Bakayoko and maybe play Cesc in a 352 but Baka and Cesc in a 2 man midfield doesn't give me confidence at all.

Yeah, also very worried - Palace have got to get a goal and a point at some time.

Why did you have to do that Musonda? Why would you openly complain about the lack of opportunities on freaking Instragram? Sadly I don't think Conte will take this lightly.

He's a 20 year old guy, who's seen the same happen to countless friends and colleagues in the club, not to mention his own brother. And, although he was truly great in the cup, he doesn't get any chances when for instance Willian has been no less than awful, not to mention our best winger having been injured the first 2 months of the season. And with de Bruyne smashing us the last game, I honestly get his frustration. Of course it isn't the best move, but try and see it from his point of view!

When I first read the comments on social media by CM and his family my initial thoughts were, the lad is young and he is impatient for his chance in the first team.
On reflection, I do have some sympathy with his position. Given Willian continues to be given game time, if I was CM I would be frustrated.
My guess is Conte will now have to answer endless questions on this topic at this weeks press conference. That’s hardly going to make Conte happy!
The comments aren’t clever and won’t help his career at the Bridge!

He's definitely a little hard done by not to have been the given the chance to build on his great performance in the cup. Definitely could have been given minutes off the bench in the last few league games.

That being said complaining about squad issues on social media is pretty immature and inappropriate in my opinion.

I definitely see his point, I'm disappointed on his behalf as well. However voicing his dissatisfaction on Instagram, is not a clever move, and will likely affect his career on the Bridge.

You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what's expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should. And what do you get back? Literally nothing, . done. However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game.

I Pray God gives Chelsea the wisdom to handle this issue properly so that we don't witness another De Bruyne situation.
This kid is so talented, I think the coach should talk to Musonda (and not fight him about this issue) .0.
